Halloweeny Week

Our week was full of Halloween fun! We had the Trunk or Treat at the church. Dan and I were farmers and Jack was our little chick.

We have never really given Jack candy. Abusive I know, but he is allergic to nuts which cuts out a lot of candy and what he doesn't know he can't miss right? So Jack's first encounter with candy was at the Trunk or Treat and as you can guess he likes candy! This video is dark but you can hear what is important.

Our friends threw a toddler halloween party which was fun. We had a pretty dirty little duck by the time it was over :)

Jack helped his daddy carve our pumpkin. If you can't tell we got a greyish green pumpkin at the fruit stand this year. And to make it even more strange, it smelled like a watermellon when we cut it open!

Can you scoop using your mouth?

Happy Halloween everyone!

Pumpkin Carving Party

My friend, Deneese, and I planned a pumpkin carving party for all of our friends! We had a lot of fun planning it and it was fun to get together with friends and celebrate the Halloween season. We ate yummy food...

Wrapped ourselves some cute mummys...

Pinned the nose on the pumpkin...

Decorated delicious sugar cookies... And carved some pretty awesome pumpkins!

This says it all :)

A day at a Colonial Farm

We spent the day the the Maschhoff family at Riley's Farm in Oak Glen, CA. We got to pick our own apples! To all those not from So. California that probably sounds just hilarious, but it is a Fall novelty around here. Jack learned how to blow a dandelion.
My boys walking down a dirt road.

We ended our visit by eating lunch at Hawks Head, a colonial restaurant in which colonial attire was worn and fake English accents were used!
