Our son- we cannot believe you are already 11 months old. It seems unreal! But, Mommy and Daddy have already started planning for your 1st birthday party and are very excited. We love you more and more every day and are just amazed at all of the new things you discover and learn to do.
- You really started fully walking the week of July 1st- about 101/2 months old
- You had your first family vacation to Seagrove, FL- you liked the sand, tolerated the ocean, and loved the pool
- You still like getting into the cat litter boxes, open cabinets and drawers, unplug electrical cords, take the filter cap off the bottom of the fridge, carry your toys all over the house
- When it is bedtime, Mommy and Daddy still sing you your song "Goodnight Brayden", you snuggle in our arms, tuck your hands under your body and turn your head to the side...that is when we know you are ready to go to sleep
- You are making new noises everyday, but not many more that we can distinguish than your "Baba" "Eeeee" "Dada" and "Mama," at times
- You are still sleeping 830 p.m. to 730 a.m. with 2 two hour naps
- We are working on moving you to a sippy cup- but you are not having it! You will use it for water, but not formula
- You love playing Peek A Boo with anyone
- You are very friendly and will smile and go to just about anyone who will hold you
- You have never given us any problems dropping you off in the nursery, but Mommy and Daddy made the mistake of "checking" on you this past Sunday and you did not want to go back to the nursery- we won't do that again
- You have a new look you show people- we call it your "flirting" look- you drop your head down and look up at the person as if you are rolling your eyes- it is adorable!
- You are still eating baby food, but have figured out that the food we eat tastes better- so you are trying everything we eat (of course except for eggs and nuts)-the only things you don't really like are carrots, green beans, and olives- everything else you seem to enjoy
- You learned to wave and love to wave at everything
