2011

Since I'm the worst blogger I figured I would do a recap of 2011 so you could see what we have been up to....

JANUARY

My last semester of school!

FEBRUARY

studied more than i ever have for my dental hygiene boards,

but it was so worth it after i PASSED!

MARCH

found out I was pregnant!!

of course dave decided to participate in mustache march

APRIL

Graduated with my Bachelors in Dental Hygiene

MAY

Took my clinical boards and passed all my tests!

Went on a cruise in the Carribbean.

JULY

AUGUST

Started my job and love it!

BBQ for Daves work...we ate all sorts of exotic animals from Africa.

The best thing happened...we were blessed with a sweet healthy baby boy!

2011 was pretty great. We're excited to see what this next year has in store for us!

Let's Cruise...

Dave and I just got home from a cruise to the Southern Caribbean. We went to St. Thomas, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, and St. Martin. It was so fun and relaxing! Here are some of the highlights...

Things we LOVED...

- Being together.

- The beach.

- Relaxing.

- Not cleaning up after ourselves.

- Eating whatever and whenever we wanted. (neither of us gained weight...phew.)

-Sunshine.

-Reading the entire Hunger Games series in 4 days.

- Not worrying about ANYTHING.

- Getting fried.
- Being bombarded by people selling EVERYTHING.
- Staying in the NASTIEST hotel.
- Missing 2 weeks of church.

Bittersweet

Today was my last day of school FOREVER. I seriously can't even believe it. It actually doesn't even seem real, and probably won't sink in for awhile. I am excited to be done and glad I don't have to study anymore, but I sure am going to miss these girls I have come so close to in the last 20 months.{I remember thinking there is NO way I will ever know all of these girls...haha.} Graduation is Thursday and I am way excited.I thought this day was going to be so far away, but once again life has flown right by. Only 2 more BIG tests until I am an official DENTAL HYGIENIST!
