Cancun

We went to Senor Frog's for Lindsay's birthday. It was probably not family friendly enough for the kids, but it was really fun!
The whole family getting ready to get on a catamaran to La Isla Mujeres. This was my favorite day.

The hotel had an amazing garden in the middle of the lobby. The kids loved throwing rocks into the waterfall.

Poor Jackson had to get sleep whenever and wherever he could. He was a pretty good sport.

They LOVED the beach!

Waiting to go into Xcaret. Here we swam through an underground river, played at the beach while or snorkeled, and saw a fun Mayan show that night.

This was the Xcaret beach.

The catamaran ride.

La Isla Mujeres beach. There is also tons of shopping here.

We have so many pictures it is hard to post just a few. We had such a great time! The weather was perfect, the kids were great (plus I had a ton of help from everyone), and we did really fun things. I really did not want to come home.

Happy Halloween!

Thanks Aunt Lindsay. (She came over and watched the kids for us and make a cute haunted house.) So fun!
All ready to go Trick-or-Treating!

Grabbing some candy from the bowl before Trick-or-Treaters could take it all.

The pumpkin!

Pumpkin Carving. Cressida lasted about a minute before she "got too wet" and I had to do the dirty work.
We had a really fun Halloween! Cressida's dance class performed at the Scarecrow Festival, so we got to play there. The primary had a really fun Halloween Carnival that the kids loved. Of course the pre-school program was great. And trick-or-treating was the highlight!

Hogle Zoo

We got all the typical pictures (again) that I know you all have.

Jackson and this little fox became great friends. They ran back and forth in front of this window chasing each other. I would get Jackson to go look at something else but he would always run right back over to his little buddy, laughing and totally excited.

I took the kiddos to the Zoo a couple of days ago. We had a great time and enjoyed what seems to be the last warm day of the year. I will spare you all of the pictures of animals we took, but here are some cute ones of the kids. We saw the baby elephant, baby giraffe, baby monkey, baby meerkats, baby tigers, and everything else. Except the kangaroos, somehow we missed the kangaroos and as we were pulling into the garage at home Cressida realized it and had a meltdown. But otherwise, it was a fun day!

One reason to love Utah!

Utah looks SOOO amazing right now! On Saturday I took Cressida to Orem for a baby shower and on the way she asked me what the pink stuff on the mountains was. So on Sunday we went for a drive up through Park City and Heber, through Provo Canyon, up the Alpine Loop, to Cascade Springs . . . to show her. I don't think I have ever seen the fall colors so vivid, it was breathtaking. These pictures don't do it justice, but they are still good ones. Utah really is a beautiful state, especially in the Fall.

The Elephant Parade!

We went to the Elephant parade at the Gateway today! It was fun but really short. The kids were definately disappointed when it was over. The Circus is in town and so this parade was circus floats and crazy circus people, and of course, circus elephants!

Cute Pics

After playing in the rain the kiddos took baths. My cute little frog all clean. (I love bath pictures.)
Playing in summer rain is one of the best things!

Cressida got to use her "rainbrella". I love that she calls it that. Shouldn't we all? It makes more sense.

Jackson loved it!

I love when they play well together. Isn't that every moms dream come true?

Jackson

I just wanted to share this cute picture of Jackson. He is so funny and is always trying to make us laugh. He is absolutely the cutest little guy EVER. The last few days he has really started to look like a little boy instead of my baby. Why does that have to happen so quickly?
