Our Allie Angel turned 9. She was sooooo excited for her Birthday. I was kinda glad it was over! Tons of cooking, running around and a little bit of diva things going on. She had a great day and felt very special. We even had a swim party at the Milletts with Jacob. I bought her a mermaid swimming tail-and she LOVES it! She wears it every time we swim and is the envy of all her friends and cousins. I love watching her happiness as she swims like a mermaid-I never want to forget this!!!! She feels so beautiful! And she's getting really good at it. She can wear it a long time and swims strong in it.
Just a word about our Allison. She is a joy. She is thoughtful of other people, gets sooooo excited about things she wants to do, she is my child who gets up and gets dressed on her own, she's has a strong testimony and feels the spirits, she is brave! She sings in frount of people when she is scared and doe shard things when I ask her too, she takes on challenges at school, she is very goofy, she is not self conscious and knows how to just have fun, she knows how to include other people, she is a NIGHT OWL like her Dad, she is super creative in art, music, and dance. Lately shes been practicing her piano all on her own and is getting soo good! I'm just so proud to be her mother.
When Kellis was out of town for a few weeks, we all took turns watching over the Millett kids. On the weekend I had them, Faith said she wanted to go TPing. Well, I was very tired so I called Uncle Micah at 9pm and asked him to come pick up the girls for some fun-he said we shouldn't go so early but Sage said I had to come and so I said we had to go now-I get tired! Micah let Sage drive on the freeway for the first time-I was scared but tried to be as cool as possible. We went to Walmart and go the nessasary supplies. We drove to Ty and Stephs and parked around the corner-it's now like 9:45 and as we are quietly walking up-Steph pulls up in her van! She caught us but told us to continue on. For the next hour we carefully spelled the word "Nerd" on Tyler's garage door and wrapped his car in saran wrap-I was sweating SO much! AT about 11:30 the cops came and knocked on their doors because a neighbor reported vandalism on their car! I officially told my nieces I am retired and nwo Ty and Steph are out to get their revenge!
I took the kids to open savings accounts for them at the bank-you can tell how excited they were to save money for their future!
