I know I've been needing to blog for a while, but I guess I have felt like we haven't had anything that exciting going on lately...just the usual every day stuff. But now there is something noteworthy...On Sunday, David and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary. Can you believe that? Seven years...it sounds like a long time when I say it out loud. David surprised me with a dozen pink roses and some sweet cash for me to spend where ever I want. He told me he was going to get me a gift certificate to my favorite store, but then he thought "Why limit you to one place?" and decided to just go with the cash. Smart man. I couldn't ask for a better man. He is so good to me and the kids. Our life together has just gotten better and more full the more years we have been married. I can't imagine what I would do without him.

Okay, enough with the mushy stuff...what else have we been up to? Well, friends, friends, and more friends. The weather has been so nice and we have been trying to spend every minute we can with friends...especially the ones that will be leaving us so soon:( I'm so sad to be losing so many 4th year friends. So here are a few pictures from our recent outings...

This picture is so funny...our backyard has quite the collection of these cars (my next door neighbors, the ones with 5 kids under the age of 5 and no they aren't Mormon haha, seem to collect them...) anyway, the kids love to play in them. I tried to get them to line up and then all look at me at the same time...you can see how that went over.

In addition to hanging out with friends, I've also been in that Spring Cleaning/Remodeling/Redoing mode and have been working on some things in the girls rooms...pictures to come of that soon. I'm pretty excited about the latest improvements!

Just wanted to post some adorable pictures of the girls from their Easter photoshoot with Megan. They are so cute! Maia loved the little chicks...Elsie was a little scared of them.
Someday I need to update this blog with things that are happening in our life, but I'm too tired to think about what we've been up to right now:) So just enjoy the cute pictures!
