Jubilee

Hello!
Well it's been a long time!! I've been making cards and some personal projects but haven't got down to any scrapping.
This week was half term and once I'd done with the Jubilee celebrations and finished writing reports, I found I had some time in my hands. So here are the four pages I created about my day out in London. I used a couple of Kanban kits for the papers and embellishments. They are not as wonky as they look here - just rubbish photography!!!!

My house

During the summer my lovely friend Julia took me to a workshop at The Craft Barn as a birthday treat. We had a great time with the fabulous Kathy Byrne. I used all sorts if techniques which I usually avoid such as painting, inking and stamping and I created this:

Love it!! Everybody had a different take in the decoration and all the finished houses looked fab!! Well done ladies and thanks to Julia and Kathy for a brilliant crafty day.

Learn Something New Everyday

I've started Shimelle's LSNE class again this year. I tried last year but didn't really get going as life got in the way of crafting!! Now I've got a decent camera on my phone I thought I'd try again this year. So, here is the cover of my album.

Early start!

I'm going in to school today to get ready for the new term. I thought I'd practise getting up early and so with time on my hands I'd decoupaged a couple of characters from my recent purchase from C&C - a Humphrey decoupage kit.

P is for ...

I've been having great fun making a name banner for a little lady I know. The basic banner shapes came ready cut and the rest is bits and bobs from my stash.

Another colour!

The summer holiday is nearly over, but for one reason or another I've not really had time to craft much. My Cricut came out to make this card I made for a reply to a wedding invite.
