A new place




So I have started a new job in Elizabeth City NC, about 40 minutes from the virginia border. I am still working for the same YMCA corporation, and I am going to post some pictures of the branch this week, but here are some pictures of the waterfront in downtown Elizabeth City. It is almost surrounded by water and is a pretty place.

Anna and I in the boat



Here are some photos of Anna and I kayaking behind our house. It was cold, but I gave Anna her own thermos of hot cocoa and I had my own of espresso, so we would paddle for 20 minutes and then drink hot cocoa. It was fun. At the end, the sun came out and Anna was so bundled up she almost fell asleep on the way back home.

Outdoor Time






Hey there, here are some pictures of Moriah and I fly-fishing in Boone. Moriah and I had fun fly-fishing and she is holding up her first trout she caught (with some help from Daddy). That day the temperature was in the 20s and we had to keep moving to stay warm. I brought some chemical hand warmers and we tried those out and they worked pretty good once they got warm. enjoy the photos.
