Holiday in Virginia

This was the year to celebrate Christmas with Deb's family in Virginia.  We had a great time staying with Deb's brother and his wife in Alexandria, visiting with family on Christmas Day in Annapolis, checking out the Shrek ICE sculptures and hosting a get together with friends.  Such a great week!

It was a blast to take the water taxi from Old Town Alexandria across the Potomac to the Gaylord.  Destination - SHREK the Halls (Ice Exhibit).

Ended our week with a get together of friends - mainly VA Tech alumni.

Pre-Christmas in Colorado

Before heading to the East Coast for Christmas, we celebrated at our home in Colorado. 
 
Fritz turned this ordinary buggy into a super cool Lefthand Fire Truck.

A Day at Cal-Wood

In November, Baxter and I spent a wonderful day at Cal-Wood Education Center (where I use to work) exploring the land, learning about the great outdoors and hiking to a beautiful overlook.  So much fun!

Halloween

It's been way too long since our last post...Now it's time to catch up!
