Here is the picture of Lincoln's last day at preschool.  He had such a great year going 2 days a week.  He loved his teacher and often talked about her.  He grew up just a tad too much this year.  Love that sweet face. 

In May and June, Lincoln played his first year of tee-ball.  They had practice for a few weeks and then about 10 games.  Lincoln absolutely loved it!  He would constantly tell us that his favorite part was "running the bases."  He did a great job.  There were a few occasions he played first base and would get upset at the end of an inning because no one throw it to him.  It was not as if the boys did not try but more like "throwing it to first base" looked more like a 4 year old throwing it in the general direction, the ball rolling right by him and him not moving his body at all to try and get it.  My parents and Cory's mom were even able to come up and see him play!  The worst part about the whole season is that he was on the Yankees (booo!).  We had to explain to him that we LOVE the little Yankees but HATE the big Yankees! Hehe!!  And the best part of the season was that one of the mom's of a little boy on his team is a professional photographer!  So she often took pictures during the game and shared them with the team.  So nice.  So here is his whole season tee-ball season in pictures!  Enjoy.  

So for Emery's 2nd birthday we took a weekend trip to Branson and Mimi joined us for the fun.  We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the day, Saturday, at Silver Dollar City!  We had such a fun weekend celebrating our BIG girl :)

For Emery's 2nd birthday we decided to do a small family party at my parent's house and a family trip just like we did for Lincoln's 2nd.  We enjoyed a "purse" theme party for her 2nd birthday at my parent's house and she did not love us singing to her!  

She is such a hoot!  We have always said that Emery is the funny one.  She just as sweet as pumpkin pie and such an easy 2 year old so far.  Holding out for thrashing 3's maybe?  She is a momma's girl through and through and can always be found sitting in my lap.  

For Easter this year we had an Easter egg hunt and made resurrection rolls with Sawyer, Samuel, Amelia and Aliza! 





Easter Sunday we had Mimi up to visit and then I took the kids out for an afternoon photo shoot.  These have become some of my favorite pictures of our family and the kids.  So glad I took the time (forced and bribed the kids) to take pictures of these precious moments of my babies.
