Our kiddos love dressing up for Halloween and trick or treating! They know Halloween is coming in a few more weeks, so they had to get out their costumes and get them "warmed up."
Zeke wanted his turn eating an apple, but he had to wait until it was in a different form. He needs a few more teeth. Well, actually, he needs teeth - he doesn't have any yet. He loved it once he got his chance.
Jojo was having such a great time picking apples that he started crying when we told him it was time to go. We hadn't given him a "5 minute warning" and he was devastated that he couldn't pick any more apples. So, we gave him a "5 minute warning" and he picked his heart out for the whole 5 minutes!
We had such a great time! However, the weather cooled off significantly that night - it got down to 16 degrees at this orchard - and our friends lost all the rest of their apple crop. So sad!!! Such beautiful apples - we are SO GRATEFUL we got to pick some before it froze.
