Some Tips 2 Catch Ur perfect ZZZzzzs

Alright, before I mainly focus about the tips, let's take a few seconds tour about why do we yawn?
Despite the fact that we all yawn, no one seems to know the reason why we yawn??? Well, some experts hold that, like laughing or crying, yawning is a physical response to an emotional state -- namely boredom -- or fatigue. If you have frequent yawning, you should immediately check your sleeping schedule. Are you allowing your body to have adequate sleep every night? Are you running into an occasional insomnia???
If any of you find sleeping really desperate, I strongly recommend you to consider these tips, and stop counting sheeps!!! Alright, here it is:
1-Make your room into heaven: your bedroom should be quiet, cool, fresh, and sufficiently dark, so you can fall asleep quicker than usual.
2-Become a creature of habit: Your nighttime routine will be effectively let your body know when to go to bed and when to get up, so you'd better keep this good habit even on weekends, Ok? Just find the best way that will mentally lead you to sleep. Hey you can read a few pages of your favorite novel like Harry Potter! (^_^)
3-Reserve your bed for sleeping only: studying, working, or watching TV in the bed is not recommended.
4-Tame Ur Tummy(^-^): going to bed when you are either hungry or too full can distract ur sleep. You should have the gap before your bedtime at least 3 hours, or else the digestion process will keep you wide awake at night:-(
5-Get soaked: take a warm bath or shower before bed at least 1 hour or 2. Otherwise, you'll be stimulated afterward, and make you hard to fall asleep.
6-Don't force yourself: after 30mins and you still wide awake, don't lie on the bed and get frustrated. Don't force urself, and turn to do sth relaxing including listening to soft music, do some reading, or make urself a glass of warm milk.
7-Get the right bed: make sure your bed is not too soft. If you leave a divot after you get up, it is too soft, and it's obviously not good for your muscles especially your back!
Well, I hope these tips are able to help you guys getting a better good night's sleep:-) So, tell me how many hours a day you need to have an adequate sleep? Have you found it hard to fall asleep sometime?

Be Alert to Your Breakfast!

Breakfast is the first and the most significant meal through out the day. In recent years;however, there are many people who preferably have liquid meal such as milk, coffee, or tea as breakfast.
People generally say they are not hungry, no time availble for breakfast, or to keep the nice slim figures as the reasons of having nothing for breakfast. Consequently, with no breakfast they turn to feel too hungry, have a terrible headache or are dizzy, and hands; feet; and bodies shaking. In this way, they can easily upset their stomach, get bad memories, and lead to the loss of concentration or responsibilities at their school and workplaces.
Basically, in order to perform well people have to be satisfactorily healthy. Meat, cereal, rice, vegetable, and fruits are the recommended solid food for breakfast which naturally contain protein, glucose, and vitamins.
Tell me, What kind of breakfast you usually have for breakfast? Solid or liquid? Do you think breakfast is important for you?

I'm Back!
Dear all bloggers,
Wow, I didn't realize that I had isolated my blog 4 that long! It's been almost the whole year of 2007. Hah... I just graduated from a busy senior high school life, and recently turn to be a uni student which will be much more busy than being in senior high. This is the STUDY, right? There's NO LIMIT with the word study, I think. (^-^)
