Back from hospital !!!

As i said in the previous post,i had chickpox. Most people had it when they are a still a child and it takes about 1-2 weeks to completely subside. Mine was worse than usual so my dad decided to send me to a nearby hospital for treatment.(Bagan Specialist Centre) People usually dont go to the hospital when it comes to chickenpox because of the bill. Thanks to my insurance medical card, its got the bill covered. (RM37++.00)

Time passes so quickly. I was admitted for 6 days from 24th morning to 30th noon.

1 of the hundreds of chickpox on my body.

It is ever so nice to be back home, lying on my own bed, play computer games rather than being quarantined in a room with a 2 inch needle inside my right hand.

Just wanted to post on update on myself.I still have chickenpox and i cant hang out with my dudes yet.Should take at least another 5 days.

No pictures taken on myself,if you want to see how serious my chickenpox is just came visit me at my home IF YOU DARE.

hit by chickenpox

Was working at the Kepala Batas PC Fair during the weekend.I didnt feel so well when i was on my way back home on friday. On saturday morning,i had a heavy fever so i called my boss and told him i cannot go to work. There are a bit of spots on my body but i just ignored it.By saturday night i started to sweat and starting to feel a lot better.I thought i have recovered from a minor illness and should be able to work.

I saw a little bit more spots on my body but again,i ignored it. Just after 1 hour into the work i was not feeling good again.I was having my fever again.By the time the fair comes to a close i felt like fainting already.Fever was getting worse.

My dad helped me to lower the body temperature and i thought it was going to be OK by monday morning. But err... when i woke up and looked at the mirror, the spots were all over my face.Few hours later, all over my body.wth... Not sure if this is the 1st or 2nd episod of chickenpox i had.

I got plans for the weekend and i really dont wish to miss it.How can i recover faster? There is 1 pox in my mouth. oww man... :-(

Digi Prepaid Fu-Yoh !!!

I have been seeing this Digi's latest commercial called 'fu-yoh !!!' on tv for weeks now but i dont understand what is it about. The only thing that i can think of when people say fuyoh is this...

stiiiiiiiiim... hehe. ok cut the crap

Since im going to subscribe a new prepaid line,Digi's Fo-Yoh !!! could be the smarter choice.

This is what i got from www.digi.com.my/fu-yoh/ . It has a very nice pointer in the site.Guess where it is? its that hand holding that guy's mouth, thats where the pointer is.

Let's see. There are only 2 benifits that caught my attention.

RM0.07 per sms to anyone on any network, cool !

For a limited time, talk for free with Fu-Yoh! Hours

what's Fu-Yoh ! hours? 'you'll be charged only for the first 3 minites for DiGi-to-Digi calls, thereafter your calls are FREE within the hour anytime between 12am to 12pm on Sunday!' said Digi in their website.I have to say 'fu-yoh !!!' to that.

Fu-Yoh ! also has the lowest SMS Rates(according to Digi) -7 sen all networks,1 sen friends and family. Not bad at all...

But when i go through my contact list of more than 100 contact numbers, about 30-40 were Digi subscibers. However the majority of my contacts is Maxis Hotlink number.

Hmm...But i heard that many people in Penang Island use Digi and im about to enrol toTARC PG soon which makes Digi a good choice if what ive heard is true.

I already have Celcom prepaid so its going to be a 2-way scrap between Hotlink & Digi.

What do you think? Hotlink or Digi? Suggestions and opinions please... now, with a Celcome prepaid card in my cell phone THE POWER IS IN MY HANDS... hehe

Who said Celcom 'no power'? XD

1st taste of Nando's

Just came back from Auto-City with my friends. We were supposed to meet our friends at 10pm but we arrived an hour earlier to fill up our tummy.

You can see all kinds of cars here, from Mr Bean's yellow mini austin to my future 7 serie BMW

I didnt think of eating as i just had my dinner but since my friends wanted to have dinner at Nando's,somewhere i have never been before(sampat) so i thought why not i just give it a go.Still eating a lot although im getting more plump !

On the menu are a list of never-seen dishes for me to pick. And for those who cant understand whats written on the menu and with tight budget, they'll just refer to the price list and pick the cheapest 1.Thats what my friend did i think.

Come on man ... you get to eat chicken rice everyday at almost any chinese coffee shop still want to eat the same thing at Nando's?That dish cost RM10.90 excluding tax.At a kopitiam you can get it for RM2.50 and tax free somemore !

Kay Ewe was smart enough to pick this...

I dont know what to pick.Since im a 1st timer in Nando's i chose a 'Starter Pack' and this is what they brought me.

NICE (looks nice)... cost me RM18.50 with an Ice lemon tea.

1 meal at Auto-City Nando's=3 meals at Pelita

but for a better surrounding and more chicks around,hmm... maybe its not so worth it :-)

Pikom PC Fair 1 ( 6-8th April)

I asked by my ex-boss if i would work in the recent Pikom PC Fair for KY,i said 'OK' but had a bit regret over it.Im supposed to be working for Olympus but i couldnt get the salesman. When he did call me it was already 2 days late.

Working for KY is not bad,i just dont like the fact that im not getting any extra commission or incentive for every sale.If i were working for Olympus i would have earn much more cash out of the 3 days work and travelling to and fro on the bridge is not something i want to do everyday.Any way, whats done is done.

Pikom PC Fair is held only 3 times a year in Penang International Sports Arene(PISA)where people can buy all kinds of electronic equiqment like notebooks,mp4 players, digital cameras, printers, etc.

Not sure if they can really sell all of these Pixma printers in 3 days.

Sometimes it is not the money that counts,it is the experience.Hopefully such stiff competion in the PC Fair would help me perform better in the future.I was selling Canon digital cameras for 3 days and believe it not...

All 4 corners of this booth is actually rented by 4 different companys to make big bucks. That's KY booth in front. On the right there is Foto President,on the right there is S.E.C. and at the back is Lam Loong.wtf.You either present your product in the best possible way or let customer walk to the next booth.Same product, same price. And there is another booth selling the same thing outsde the arena.

The work may be tough and tiring because i had to be alert all the time but it was quite fun actually.4 meals a day ! and we get to enjoyMcdonalds on Sunday.

This is how the place looks like before the doors are open.

I dont know why the organiszers made a one-way traffic flow which means there is only 1 entrance and 1 exit. You either enter from the 3rd floor and go out on the 2nd or the other way round. That makes it even tougher to sell as a lot of customers who came in from the 3rd floor bought their cameras and those who are in the arena like me couldnt do much about it.

Although im busy most of the time i still managed to take a few photos of some rarely seen scences.

First,is this I-Pood shirt. Not sure if there is a mp3 player meant for you to listen while you sh*t.

The 2nd is this sign on the womens toilet. 'Strictly for ladies' it says. Unless...what? Gay?or Ah Kua and enter is it?

So thats it from Pikom PC Fair 1.See you all again in August 2007.

KL Royale (30-3 to 1-4-2007)

Just one day after i resigned from KY im on my way to KL for a short holiday.I didnt have much to visit many places in KL because Kay Ewe had some meeting on Friday morning.By the time we arrived in KL it was already 6pm.

Me and Kay Ewe,lead by Ah Sang(Jayson) went straight to Genting Court Condo, the place where gaylords like Sang,Bing and James Porn live.Soh wasnt around, busy selling his butt.

Their place is not bad, room is messy as i expected. After dinner, all of my dudes slept well except me.I thought choosing the upper deck of the double decker bed is a cooler place to sleep as it is right beside the window...

I was wrong,i woke up 7am in the morning sweating.
(-_-")

The rest, certainly slept well with their butts facing my camera.

So,Saturday is the only day i can really look around in KL and sadly this time,i didnt make full use of my time.Visited only 2 places,Mid Valley and Sungei Wang shopping complex.Spent too much time shopping and watching Stomp the yard which was not bad.Left Sungai Wang about 6.30pmNext destination-Pudu Kenny Rogers.

Just after the bus stopped in Pudu there was a heavy downpour.
Bing, ended up like this after making his way through the rain.I got myself wet too.

The food,umm... makes me feel a little bit hungry already. But got to pay about RM20 for it. zzz
Before going to Petaling Street after our meal.

As i written in my previous post,Petaling Street is a must-go place for footie fans to buy footie jersey. But since ive written about jerseys, today im here to share with you all a little bit of my Petaling Street experience.Didnt manage to take good pictures but the 2 pictures below should help you get a picture of more or less what i witnessed for the 2nd time.

OK,this is picture you can some banglas moving their illegal products to somewhere. And there are some watches on display as you can see.
About 5 minites later... dush ! Watches gone.Banglas and pirated stuff all gone. The 'good guys' are late as usual.

hmm... you might not believe this but it happened in front of my eyes.In the 1st of that 2 pictures up there, you can see a stall that sells fruits right? Few moments before i took that picture it was selling pirated DVDs. fuu yohh !!! Im telling the truth, believe it or not.

We went back to our "hotels" after we left Petaling Street. So,thats roughly how my low-cost and short holiday went. Not the best vacation but quite enjoyable.

The 'bay watch' view outside the window
Hopefully i can visit places like Eye on Malaysia,KLCC and Sunway Lagoon during my next trip to KL.
Wont be blogging for 3 days.Busy working in the Penang PC Fair from 6th to 8th April.Until then, Bye bye.Have a nice day !

Football jersey

I was at KL from 30/3 to 1/4/2007 for a brief holiday.Didnt have much time to visit places like Eye on Malaysia,KLCC or One Utama.Any way, there is one place that for every football fan to buy their favourite team's replica jersey-Petaling Street.

Petaling Street or 'Chee Chiong Kai' is the place where you can buy football jerseys at a cheaper price like no other. But you have to make sure that you are ready for some bargaining if you dont want to get 'katok'.

I bought a Liverpool FC jersey.I am a diehard Liverpool FC fan and i like their present home strip.Red colour,3 stripes and a very eye catching design. It is a must-have jersey for me.The previous home strip sponsored by Reebok wasnt as good looking as this by Adidas.

Buying the same shirt that many people have may sound stupid to others but to footie fans, the more people that wear the same shirt, the merrier !

I have a lot of football jerseys, some might think im crazy.Maybe i am but im sure im not alone.

I like my collection of football jerseys. These jerseys are not only meant for collections,i wear them very often. However,I do have some regrets buying some of these jersey.

My collection of Galatico jerseys.1st Owen left, then Figo.Zidane retired after the 2006 Fifa World Cup,Ronaldo plays for AC Milan now and Beckham is on his way to the MLS.*apa ni~?*

There is one player that i will never buy a jersey with his name on the back again.

Less than one season after i bought his Liverpool jersey,he left for Real Madrid.I thought he would be a big part of the Spanish team but due of some damn political reason he got fed-up and left Real.I got fed-up too.He spent only 1 season at Real and now that white shirt is out-of-date.

Another thing that iritates me is Real Madrid's contant jersey change. They change their jersey patterns every single season. How do Real expect every fan to keep up with its latest jersey every season? That's crazy.

Zinedine Zidane during his last match at the Santiago Bernabeu

My advise to football fans who wants to buy jerseys-dont buy a jersey with a player's name at the back.Print your own name at the back because not many players stay at a club for many years.

My jerseys are a perfect example.I thought Ronaldo,Owen,Figo and Beckham will spend the rest of their careers at Real but it didnt happen. At least Zidane retired as a Real Madrid player. How many people would have predicted that Beckham will leave Man U or Owen leaving Liverpool?Patrick Vieira left Arsenal,Morientes left Madrid.

Another advise-If you really admire a player and you want to wear a jersey with his name, buy his national jersey instead.

I bought the new jersey on the 31st of March, the same day Liverpool beaten Arsenal 4-1 at Anfield. YES !!! hahaha...
