It's official...we have bought a rug and our rug saga has ended. After 2 YEARS of searching we have found a rug. We bought it Sunday while looking for other things and stumbled on the "World of Rugs and Furniture". We actually found two that met our criteria. Can you believe after looking that long we find 2 at the same store that would work.

We have finally started the purchasing snowball for all of the items we wanted to purchase before our little one makes his debut. We purchased a chair and ottoman this weekend and hope to also purchase a rug. We already know which ottoman/coffee table we want just need to order it. Next will be little Doug's furniture.

I know it's been a while since I posted anything. I'm now 22 weeks and 3 days pregnant with 123 days to go. I've gained approximately 5 - 6 pounds since I got pregnant and have really started to show within the last 5 weeks. Of those 5 - 6 pounds 4 were in just the last 4 weeks. I'm wearing maternity clothes most of the time and they can prove to be a challenge sometimes.

I did find out that I'll have to take the Rhogam shot at 28 weeks and at my next OB visit they will do the blood sugar test. I'm sure everything will go just fine.

Today is my dad's birthday. He turned 65 today. I jokingly asked if he wished for snow on his birthday and he said it wasn't him, but someone must have. We are going to celebrate with them at lunch. I'll post pictures later for that.

We have some video of the snow falling pretty heavy and I'll try to load it later.

Doug and I woke up this morning to having a nice covering of snow. Here are some pictures and right now it is really coming down with big flakes and covering everything. We'll post some more later
