To all my faithful readers: Lest you think I still have not blogged, Keep scrolling my friends. I did a lot of updating and still have so much more! I think this is the furthest I have even been behind. It will get better once Mike is done with finals and I will finally have some access to the computer again. The first new entry is March 14th so you'll have to go to March in my Archives. Hopefully we'll get the rest done soon..but for tonight, I'm hitting the sack.

My kids are so lucky to have such great grandparents in their lives. Every time I am around my dad he just impresses me more and more with what a great grandpa he is. Olivia is still talking about him and we've been back almost 3 weeks. Today the lawn guys were outside and she put her finger to her ear and said "Listen..., Papa?" My dad was so cute to take her out on errands with him where they would always come back with fun things..bubbles, new shoes, dolls, you name it. He spent hours downstairs with her in the toy room and was always sweet to hold Ethan while I was doing other things. Thanks dad for being so wonderful!

I have been eyeing this for quite awhile now. For those of you who know me well, one of my favorite splurges when we go to St. George is visiting the BlueBunny Ice Cream shop and getting their cake batter ice cream with frosting and sprinkles. Me and all the other children that visit there. I've put off getting this, scared it would disappoint.......but let me tell you friends..it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I got some Target coupons in the mail this week and there was one for a dollar off this delight. I purchased and now I am scared I'll never stop. I could eat this stuff breakfast, lunch and dinner if I cared nothing for my girlish figure. If you love eating cake batter....please go purchase.

Tommorrow we will be leaving for home bright and early. We have enjoyed our week long trip to Wenatchee and are sad to leave family.....but excited to see MIKE!!! We miss our hubby and daddy. Hopefully I will survive the 12 hour car trip with Olivia and Ethan. Thank goodness my mom, the patience queen, and Katie will be there to save me from doing something I may regret later. We are not above sedating in this family...wish us luck!

Look at that eye I am getting from my son at such a young age...BEWARE! While we were up visiting my parents we got to meet sweet little Hannah for the first time. She and Ethan (please notice mom...) were born 3 days apart. She belongs to my Uncle Tom & Aunt Beth although they are not old enough to call them that. I'm sure these 2 will be best buddies at family reunions.

Mike is the only Dover boy in his family. We had some serious pressure to have a boy or the name would have ended. Grandpa Dover is quite proud of his new great-grandson.

One of our favorite things to do together is bake. Olivia is such a good helper and loves to dump all the ingredients in. Her favorite thing about baking is licking the beaters...a girl after my own heart. Grandma Anderton got her this cute little apron and now she goes running for it whenever I ask her if she wants to help me bake.
