Between "teddy bear" and Olivia
The scene: I heard Olivia walk down the hall with her teddy all wrapped up and a binky in its mouth. I heard her fan go on and her light switch flip off. Then I hear...
Olivia: Ok, need some alone time? Ok, nigh, nigh...
Olivia's new nickname: Parrot

Another Great Eater
Ethan is LOVING all solids. I don't think he has turned up his nose to anything yet besides medication. He can't get enough of Cheerios or Ritz crackers at the moment, his favorite snacks.

Handsome Grandpa
Mike's dad stopped by today to have me take some head shots of him for his new online course he is launching. Of course we snuck the kids in for some and Olivia decided she would eat during it, hence the funny faces. The last shot was taken by Olivia..she is the budding photographer.

Spoiled Ethan
Do NOT feel bad for this kid! As I was making the switch with Ethans clothes today from 3-6 to 6-12 I just had to laugh. His wardrobe is STOCKED thanks to his two generous Aunts. These are not your normal hand-me-downs either. These are we got so hooked up and some clothes still have tags on them. Thanks older cousins! This doesn't even count the 2 boxes that are still on the floor. It's kind of ridiculous. That must be why he always looks so handsome (I'm not allowed to say cute anymore when making references to my son).
Ethan loves a good gossip magazine...of course not for the same reason I do.

Binkies Galore
This picture just made me laugh. This is the weekly round up all the binkies and sterilize.(daily when they are sick!) It is kind of pathetic...we just love these things around our house I guess. Just imagining getting Olivia off of it makes me nauseous. Luckily it is ONLY used at bedtimes.

Non Sick Children Memories
These videos are to remind me of my happy non-sick kids. Ethan slept for a total of one hour today and it was so fun......RIGHT! Then tonight while getting him ready for bed I noticed he felt kind of warm. I took a temp and it was a fever which I assumed was an ear infection. I took him in and sure enough..I was RIGHT! Only one ear this time though and he's on antibiotics so we're happy. That means both of my kids are on them since Olivia is on day 7 of hers for her sinus infection. Can you say Dover family supports Utah Valley Pediatrics paychecks..um yes.
**No, he never stops moving!**

Playtime with sissy
"Now which one of these binkies do I want to steal from Livi? This one is pretty good since it matches my shirt." (And we wonder why they both get sick at the same time)
Livi with some morning cheese for me
"You would think I would know how to put this on by now"
Livi teaching Ethan the fine art of playing with toys. Please do not look to closely or you will see way to many pieces of junk from McDonalds. Last winter we were DESPERATE to get out, ok? Who can guess how many? If you said 6 you have been there to much too. That is Princess Fionas leg sticking out by Livi's shoulder.

Feeling Blessed
Just feeling blessed today to have such a good man in my life. I have been a tad overwhelmed lately and I am just thankful for a husband who is a great father, a great support and my best friend.

Ethan-7 months
All dressed up ready to head to church and I actually had time to snap a few pictures. Can't believe he is 7 months old already!

Proud Mother Moment
She did it!!! We have been having potty talks for a couple of days now. Today we went to the dollar store to pick out some bribery. We went up and down the aisles and I let her pick out about 10 things. When we first got home she sat on the potty and said ok...toy. Um, no Livi...must go potty, not just sit on it. As soon as she got up from her nap all she could talk about was her bag of toys and how if she went potty she could pick one out. We tried a couple of times and finally after her bath tonight she went! She was so proud and ran in to pick out her toy. Of course she picked the tool set! She called the grandma's and Katie and wanted to sleep with her tool set. When did my baby grow up and does she not look 10 in these pictures? That last one is of her saying yes and moving her arm like she learned on Curious George. She does it all the time.
