SKYDIVING

I WENT SKYDIVING!!! IVE BEEN ROCKY MOUNTAIN CLIMBING!! I GUESS I GOTTA RIDE A BULL NOW RIGHT?
This past weekend Daylon and I went to Plano to visit Mikasa and Michael. Back in September Daylon bought me skydiving for my birthday....(a gift he undoubtedly wanted for himself so why not gift it to the wife?). We figured that we would take the opportunity while we were there to use our vouchers. I have never had any desire to jump out of a plane whatsoever. But I couldn't back down now. Well we get there and they get me all geared up and then they say that Daylon can't because he is a little over the weight limit. So....I have to dive alone. I really, really wanted to back out but I couldn't. I went up and once we were in the air it was the wierdest thing...it wasn't scary at all. It was awesome...I loved the freefall part but then it was time for the parachute ride and I was fine for about the first 2 min and then I got soooo motion sick...I kept almost throwing up and even had my jumpsuit unzipped ready to puke in it!! When we got down they decided to go ahead and take Daylon. I was so happy that he got to go as well because it was way cool.Us after we had signed our lives away Me getting into the plane with George, Larry and the camera guy

Spring Break!!

So I realize it was last month but for Spring Break we went to the Glover's cabin with Logan, Derick, Johnny and Dayton. Terry, Ella, Justin, Tera, and their girls were already up there. The boys went golfing and played paintball. Dayton and I perfected our Wii skills and did some shopping and then the last day we all went to Logan's dad's cabin and shot some guns! It was a short trip but it was sooo nice to get out of town for a couple daysDaylon and I My friend Dayton from School

Mudding

Last fall Daylon, Johnny and all went mudding in the fourwheelers and it turned into a mud fight between Daylon and I as you can see Johnny doesn't have hardly any mud on him. It was a lot of fun and I realize it was a long time ago but I was just organizing the pics and thought I'd post them.

New Car

Sooo....I'm sitting in class the other day and I get a text message from Mikasa about everyones lack of blogging and since it has been 3 months I figured I had better post something. So I figured I'd post a pic of my new car...mind you the pic isn't actually my car it is one just like it I found online but its dark and I haven't the slightest where my camera is so....ya. Anyway Daylon decided to trade my car for a supercharged mustang which left me driving his white mustang which I succeded to crash on the Loop when it was all icy...yeah GT mustangs and icy overpasses do not mix...especially when I am driving. The crappy thing was that all these people were passing me and none of them were sliding doing 360s until they crashed into the concrete barrier...nope jsut me. Anyway I didn't do that much damage just a scrape but that was all the damage I needed to do because like 2 days later he took me out to look at new cars after about 2 weeks of looking he got me a Ford Fusion....its pretty and I love it. And the best part....it doesn't smell like crayons!!!

ok i know all of you with kids are thinking is she really posting another thing about a dog??? is she one of those people who is going to send us a christmas card of her dog?? no...i'll be in the picture too!! haha j/k!! anyway yeah well i go to school and clinicals all day...that's not exciting and i don't have any kids to talk about and i am told that i have to update more than once every other month so... you get to hear about the dogs. Daylon sold the hearse last week (thank heavens) i'm sure if he had parked it in the driveway all of our senior citizen neighbors would have flipped thinking that we were coming for them or something. anyway he sold the cable killer hearse and bought a new dog with some of the money from it. he is sooo cool and we named him Dumpster because its just a cool bulldog name!

Like Kids in a Candy Store!!

So a while back I rented one of dad's houses to a man named Mark Deros and his family. It turns out he is an inventor and invents things for the military like tripods and other things I think he said that he has 19 inventions. Anyway he's a really nice guy and Daylon really likes him. A couple weeks ago Mark let Daylon borrow his .50 caliber rifle. Its huge and sooo heavy and I guess it can shoot a target up to 2 miles or something and the bullet can travel up to 5 miles!! I might have that wrong but I think that's what he said...(Daylon's at the cabin with his old man this weekend or I would get some verification) anyway big gun you get the point. So we got to pick it up and Daylon's eyes just light up like its Christmas morning or something and he couldn't stop smiling all night. A couple days later, I'm sure it killed him to wait that long, he and his friend Logan went out to Post and had the opportunity to shoot it. They couldn't hit anything far away because it is sighted in for a very long distance and they weren't shooting that far but they had a blast and he said it was soo sweet. He said he wanted to shoot a hog with it just to see what would happen but didn't have any luck. They did get one with Logan's smaller gun though. Anyway they had fun and they look pretty cool holding it even if they are dorks....I guess Mark is right...it has the CDI (chicks dig it) factor!!Daylon posing
Logan posing
Daylon holding it...I don't think they actually shot it without the tripod.

Logan holding it up...this gun is sooo heavy...like 35lbs...doesn't seem like a lot but I swore it weighed at least 60 because it felt as heavy as a bag of dog foodDaylon shooting the .50 calLogan and his hog he shot

Daylon standing in the road on the way home...yeah it had rained A TON and they had to go back and take the highway
