Artistic Excellence, Bold New Work
New York-based composer Troy Anthony brought his Fire Ensemble to Duke Chapel this January for “The Revival: It is Our Duty,” alongside a spirit-filled community singing session at the Duke Mary Lou Williams Center. For many, the experiences created a deeply affirming space where people could fully show up as themselves and feel truly present.
