Eli has started eating rice cereal. He's doing a great job with it too. He had his 4 month doctor appointment and he's doing exceptionally well. His muscle development is at a 5 or 6 month level which makes me feel like I'm the proud mother of the strongest baby in the world! He's 15 lbs. and 26 inches tall - both statistics are in the 70th percentile. His head, however, is still in the 10th percentile but it looks pretty proportional, if you ask me! He's such a happy baby and we love having him in our family! Hope you're all doing well!

Spring Break
Devin had spring break this past week. It's been so nice having him home all day long! We went to Palo Duro, it's the "grand canyon" of Texas. If you've seen the Grand Canyon, this is a sad comparison but it's pretty good for the otherwise flat land of Texas. Eli did really well on the 6 mile hike... he mostly just slept in the front pack that Devin lovingly carried the whole way. Devin and I got SUPER sunburned but it was well worth it for me. I haven't been that burned since High Adventure and was glad to feel the burning skin of my youth!
