Happy 35TH!! I really could use a Chocolate Thunder from Down Under right about now!! We had a great time with you and Kenneth the other night. We will have to get together again very soon.

To two of my favorite coworkers!! Thank you so much for keeping up with my blog. I know that Tina shows Teresa this blog at lunch (at least that is what I think you two are up to). I just know that you guys are the BEST! I thank you so much for visiting Emy & Luke a couple of weeks ago. We really look forward to another visit soon!! Tina I will really miss you but I know that God has alot planned out for you--He is just taking you down a different avenue!! Thanks for being such a good friend and coworker (for those of you who don't know, Tina works in the same office that I do--and she is GREAT--she is not going to be there when I get back from family leave). Teresa is a nurse who drops by for lunch occasionally. . . She is kind of TERRIFIC! I miss you guys so much but I am having SUCH a good time at home with these kiddos!!

Luke is feeding himself more and more everyday.

We wanted to give a shout out to our beach friends!! We sure miss all of you and hope to visit soon. Luke is a good rider, so maybe it won't be too much longer! Edna & Dean, Emy misses visiting you guys and your pink golf cart (and Edna's pink shoes, and Chue and Dumplin). Sonya, Chris and Boys & Maddie--Emy can't wait to give you guys hugs and kisses. Bill & Mama Kay, Deb & Craig, Mike & Cindy, we can't wait to see you guys--it's been way too long! Hello to Liz, our neighbor! Hey to Dale & Carolyn, Dale & Sandie and also to all of our friends from Sanford!

So, sorry I left everyone elses names out, but I have to get back to two precious children. They need night time kisses and hugs!! And boy, we LOVE kisses and hugs around here!! Luke LOVES to kiss his mommy and his mommy loves that!! Emy will give me kisses if I beg for them and when it is time for bed. She is growing up so FAST. She is such a great big sister--you guys won't believe it--she is like a little mommy.

Luke actually LIKED his bath! He loved splashing Emy and his mama!! He squeals just like Emy when he gets excited and he smiles so BIG!

Emy helps me wash dishes. She is such a big helper around the house these days! And she is styling a lime green tank top with pink and green straps. She also has makeup on and her hair is curly thanks to my french braid yesterday. She is also wearingblack pants with sparkles on them and she finishes the look with her golden sandals. That's my girl. . . Thanks Emy lou!!






Luke helps load the dishwasher. He likes to say his blessing before he eats (many times daily). He also carries his plate and fork/spoon to the kitchen for his mama when he is finished. He is doing GREAT!

This is a picture that Emy drew of Cristian the Lion and Emy the Lion. They are cousin Lions who LOVE each other very much and they are FRIENDS!

Luke walks around the house with either a baggie of cookies or a box of Cheese Nips. He is our little cookie monster. He calls Cheese Nips cookies also.

Luke likes to push the stroller instead of riding in it. Who can blame him? Isn't he a cutie patootie?!

It was 71 degrees here today!! I thought it was summertime outside. What a joy it was to spend a day outside with the kids.

HE LIKED GETTING DIRTY!! He didn't want to sit down in the dirt or get dirt on his hands much though. That will change I'm sure!
Emy styling and profiling--again. 3rd outfit of the day, she is sporting around in a beautiful pink skirt and matching top and finishes the gorgeous look off with sparkling golden sandals. That's my girl. .
Luke on a big boy swing. He said the words "bite" and "boy" again today!! He is coming a long way FAST!

Emy looks lovely for evening service (yes, she wore flip flops). She was very upset that we left church a little bit early. You see, Emy LOVES church. We will have to try again next week!
Luke did GREAT at morning services (Sunday School was a little off for him but he did wonderfully during worship service). Unfortunately, Luke made it through only the first 1/2 hour of evening service. We left early. We will keep trying until he can stay awake long enough.
Emy loving on her daddy. She has become a daddy's girl really fast over the last couple of weeks. Now I am the jealous one! She has always been a mommy's girl. But, on the other hand, it is really nice to see them become closer. I LOVE THIS GIRL more than ever. She is a VERY strong, very LOVING young lady!! I think she must take after her Mama! Ha!
And then there is the Mama's boy!! Luke can say a new word! He says "boy". I am hopelessly IN LOVE with this handsome young man!!
