On Thursday Hunter got his tonsils and adenoids taken out. Last month when he got a sinus infection, we discovered he had sleep apnea and needed to have his tonsils and adenoids removed. The surgery made us really nervous but we were also very anxious to get it done because we were even more nervous about his breathing stopping while he was sleeping. The surgery went really well and he has surprised us and is doing just fine. He absolutely hated that he had to wear a hospital gown, that was probably the worst part for him. He acted a little bit flu like the first few days and has been complaining about a sore throat, but other that that he has been pretty much the same kid. His voice sounds like he has been sucking helium out of a balloon which we find funny, we thought it would be deeper if anything, guess not! We love this little wild man and are glad that everything went good!
