ytd went to mas wif kenny to attend the scholarship and career talk. though their job sounds interesting but i tink tat most likely i wun be applying bah. oh my it was such a big rain ytd and we didn't bring umbrella. had to cab in though it's like super near the mrt. anw aft the talk i went to cityhall to meet xueyi cus i got tickets to the yog opening ceremony final rehearsal =D went to marina square first to haf our dinner. ate at pizza hut. not bad, i managed to finish a personal pan pizza plus a drink. aft tat we went to the floating platform. not bad, they provided poncho cus the seats were wet. we didn't wear it, we just use it to spread over the seats haha. we reach there slightly aft 6.30pm if i'm not wrong. ahhh way too early. the thing onli starts at 7.30pm. luckily got my ipod touch to entertain me haha. and took some pics of the scenery while waiting =)

the merly on the screen is so cute! much cuter than the real mascot lah. haha speaking abt the mascot, xueyi v bad! keep saying the real mascots u bring them go bang wall they also will go haha.

we were lucky, there's actually fireworks in some parts of the show. haha and the fireworks were like straight in front of us =D nice one haha. the programme ended quite late. can't rmb is 10 or 10 plus, but i reached home at 11 plus. exhausted!

yog briefing day

fri last day of lessons for this sem! ended pretty early. slightly before 11 i tink, meaning that we need to wait 7 hrs for our yog briefing at 6pm! so yj once again pei me go down to specs shop before gg bugis gai gai. ohh poor yj was famished by the time we reach bugis. we lunched at our fave laksa stall =) while waiting for laksa.

aft lunch we went to bugis street. then crossed over to iluma.





argh the mirror was dirty. then look like i got big mole on my face liddat =(






jac was supposed to meet us at 3. but in the end she reached v late. i tink it was after 4... so in the end we didn't play arcade cus no time. so she just watched us eat our dinner which is kfc haha. had a short chat but nonetheless it was enjoyable. i dunno y but it's alw enjoyable to meet animals even if it's onli for awhile. aft tat me and yj chiong back to sch. tink we were slightly late but doesn't matter lah got many ppl even later than us =p.

barrage

last last sat the animals went to barrage! 1st time gg as a clique. before meeting the rest, yj pei me go specs shop (long long story which i shan't elaborate here). then we headed to clementi to meet cia =) ohh at je while waiting for train we took some pics.



ohh then we reached clementi before cia, so took pics again. lol. that seem to be one of our fave past time eh.




aft cia reached we headed to marina bay to wait for the rest. jac was uncontactable, tink her sim card or her reception not v good. then oss was late. so me, yj, cia and sh went ahead first and asked jac and oss to join us at barrage. so up the escalator we went. cus i noticed marina bay mrt some parts were dripping water, then on escalator up my leg like tio water. so i asked the rest if they kanna too but they never. i was finding it weird. oh my it was my bag tat is leaking water! somehow my water bottle cap got opened in the bag and it caused flooding in my bag =( luckily my ipod touch didn't kanna. camera, notes, wallet everything kanna. but luckily my camera is water-resistance de. so i emptied out the contents of my bag (of cus had to trouble the rest to help me hold hehe) and i busied myself wif cleaning up my bag. while i was busy cleaning up, dunno yj or cia busy using my camera to take pics la tsk.
and they caught me in action. lol.

i poured the water out of the bag.

and while i was cleaning up, jac appeared! she reached!
argh, see even my lec notes tio water as well.


clean clean clean. of cus in the end it was still wet.
tat day was v sunny! me as usual forgot to bring umbrella. my lg was kind enough to share hers wif me. aww so sweet =)

everyone was bored while waiting for the bus. we really waited v long! when we finally reached barrage, most of us were hungry. we haven even called for pizza lol. aft some pushing ard, cia buay tahan and took initiative to call haha. aft ordering the rest decided to go down hunt for food cus the pizza will take 1 hr to arrive. in the meantime, the 3 of us look aft bags! luckily jac was clever enough to bring picnic mat so we can sit down.

while we were there, we managed to catch the fireworks cus it's ndp rehearsal. lucky us ^^ the fireworks were simply breath-taking. and i tink this is the 1st time that animals got to watch fireworks tgt? haha meaningful! i onli managed to take a few pics cus camera not v good somemore sitting so far away. the pics doesn't do justice to the fireworks but at least it serves as memories!














though the day wasn't exactly smooth (long wait for bus, kites problems etc) but it was a great day spent with great peeps =)
