Ella was definately on Santa's Nice List this year! Although she didn't realize what Christmas was all about she seemed to have a great time! She enjoyed eating the wrapping paper and bows off the packages. We were very lucky to get to spend time with our entire family over the holidays. We all 3 had a wonderful Christmas! With Ella here, it was by far the best Christmas ever!!!

After the long search for the perfect Halloween outfit, we finally found one in Ella's size. She is definately the cutest pumpkin I've ever seen! It was an exciting night for Ella. She got her first taste of sugar from a lollipop Aunt Candy gave her. She seemed to really enjoy it! After a long night of trick-or-treaters, Ella finally gave in and fell asleep in her costume (after she came down from her sugar high).

Ella made her first trip to Sunset Beach at 7 weeks old. It was a LONG car ride there and back with a 7 week old baby!

She spent most of her day inside with her Paw-Paw's. We were able to take her out on the beach in the mornings and late evenings, although she didn't seem to like all the wind. We were able to snap a few pictures of her in her bathing suits. Next year will be a different story at the beach! I can't wait!!

We were released from the hospital around noon on June 29th. It was an extremely long car ride home or so it seemed because we were driving so slow with our new precious cargo! Finally we arrived to bouquets of pink balloons welcoming us home (from Paw-Paw Bolick). It is so good to be home with the newest member of the Taylor family. So far, the dogs are doing well around Ella. They aren't sure what is going on, but soon they will realize that their quiet, peaceful world is getting ready to be turned upside down. Hopefully they'll be good friends one day :) We are so thankful to be home with our happy, healthy baby girl!

We are proud to announce the arrival of Ella Grace Taylor born on June 27, 2007 at 6:03 pm. She weighed 7 lbs and 10.5 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long. She is perfect in every way! She has changed our lives and brought us so much happiness and joy!! We couldn't be happier with our beautiful blue eyed baby girl!

Then comes The Taylor’s with a BABY carriage!

That’s right, we’re having a BABY!  We are so excited!  We decided to start trying and next thing we know, we’re pregnant!  I knew something was going on because I was feeling a little funny.  I told Cory that I thought I had the flu or I was pregnant.  We immediately went to the pharmacy (not the one I worked at!) and got a pregnancy test.  We came straight home and in a matter of minutes, we saw 2 PINK LINES!  Being the worrier that I am, I took another test to make sure the first one was right!  Sure enough, we had 2 pregnancy tests that said pregnant!

Cory was so excited that he couldn’t wait so he immediately called my Mom and Dad.  My mom didn’t believe us and had to come see for herself.  After seeing the pink lines, she knew it was her turn to be a grandma!  None of us could keep the secret very long (especially my Mom!) so the cat was out of the bag!
