WOW! Another month has flown by! Ella has kept us busy chasing her around now that she is "crusing." She pulls up on everything and can now walk around while holding onto something for support. She has also mastered walking in her Princess-themed walker. The dogs are getting their exercise trying to keep Ella from running them down. She's managed to corner them a couple of times already. Before long she'll be letting go of her support and walking on her own. Her balance is improving everyday! She keeps us on our toes, that's for sure!
So what else is Ella up to these days??...
1~She HATES bibs. The instant you get it snapped she starts tugging and eventually manages to get it off.
2~She loves her Ella elephant that sings about shapes. I think she loves hearing it sing her name!
3~She loves the telephone and remote control. She knows how to make the telephone ring and has even managed to call one of Maw-Maw's friends.
4~She loves necklaces, bracelets, and earrings :) She gets that from her Mommy!
5~She turbo crawls! Cory is looking for a baby race to enter her in.
6~She is obsessed with playing in the dog's water bowl! She loves to submerge her hands in the water and then starts splashing.
7~She now eats peas! I was shocked because before she would gag and lock her lips together refusing another bite.
8~It is a challenge to change her diaper or dress her. She is constantly on the go and stopping to clean up isn't in her schedule. You have to be quick and distracting with silly songs and sounds.
9~She loves to shop! She definately gets that from her Mommy and Nana! (She gets lots of practice :)
10~She loves going for a stroll on warm, sunny days!
11~She can now eat puffs that dissolve in her mouth. She can officially self-feed! She likes Apple-Cinnamon, Sweet Potato, & Banana.
12~She loves ice cream! Aunt Candy is the guilty one here!
13~She has a hairbow to match almost every outfit she has. Mommy loves bows--Ella hasn't decided if she likes them or not!
14~She talks constantly! She has something to tell us all. She can now say..."da-da," "paw-paw," "baby," "hey," "bye-bye." She still hasn't said "ma-ma." I think she's doing it on purpose because everytime I say Ma-Ma she says Da-Da and laughs :)
15~She makes some of the funniest faces that keep us laughing all the time! That little smile of hers will melt your heart!
16~Everytime she eats she manages to get food in her hair! It's her new natural hair gel :)
17~She likes to play in Mommy & Daddy's closet...especially with the shoes!
18~She can now drink from a sippy-cup and also a regular cup (she likes sweet tea, Pepsi, and surprisingly lemonade--the bitterness makes her squeal!)
19~She still likes her pacifier especially when she's sleepy!
20~She is LOVED so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
