WHAT!   I’m ONE already?!

One year ago today, another guy stole my heart!  It was love at first sight!  I can’t believe Evan is already ONE!  It seems like we were just bringing him home from the hospital and now…he’s walking and talking!  He smiles all the time and has the sweetest little personality.  He’s wild and in to everything but I wouldn’t trade him for the world!  He’s my boy and I love him more than words can describe!  Thank you God for such a sweet, sweet blessing!  Evan Thomas Taylor…we love you so much “Little Brother!”  Happy FIRST birthday!!!!!!

September 26, 2011….

For months and months, Ella asked if the next day was going to be Daisha’s wedding.  Finally, 9-10-11, came and Ella got to get all fancied up in her dress for her flower girl debut.  She was so excited!  Both Cory and Ella got to be a part of Daisha and Jonathan’s big day!  And I got the honor of helping “behind the scenes.” 

Ella started throwing her petals right off and then slacked off some at the end because she wanted to keep some…haha!  The other flower girl got to the end of the aisle and dumped what she had left out.   They were a hoot!  Ella saw us and waved periodically throughout the wedding and during prayer she lost her balance and fell off her step.  Overall, she did a fabulous job and is already asking when she can be another flower girl :)

Congratulations Jonathan and Daisha!  We were honored to get to share your special day with you!!

I can’t believe my little girl is old enough to be starting Pre-K!  That means this time next year I’ll be fighting back tears as she gets ready for her first day of “big school!”  Where has the time gone?  For the past couple years, Ella has been going to preschool on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  This year she will be going 5 days a week…we thought it would be good practice for all of us :)   I still can’t believe this is the first day of her LAST year of preschool!!
