It's a great day for Stampin' Up! fans...the first day of the new annual catalog! There is a TON of stuff I really like in the catalog this year and I can't wait to get back to stamping so I can share some of my favorites. Hopefully in the next week or so I'll be able to share a few things. In the mean time, browse through the catalog and enjoy! Check back tomorrow to see all the exciting promotions for June.

Retiring 2010-2012 In Colors
As you know, the 2010-2012 In Colors will retire at the end of the month. It's hard to believe that it's already time to say goodbye to Blushing Bride, Concord Crush, Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz, and Poppy Parade!
In 2010, Stampin' Up! announced during the last color renovation that we plan to refresh the color collections every three to five years. With that in mind, you may want to hold onto your 2010-2012 In Colors supplies in case they are added to a color collection in the future.
There's still time to order from the retiring stamps & accessories lists. Click here to see the lists of retiring items and place your order online through my website before midnight on May 31.

New Firm Foam Classic Ink Pads
Starting June 1, Stampin' Up will be selling their new "firm foam" classic ink pads. Check out this video to learn all the juicy advantages of these new pads. Current re-inkers will work on all the new pads EXCEPT basic black, basic grey, tempting turquoise, marina mist, and perfect plum. Once you upgrade those colors to the new ink pads, you'll also need to replace your re-inker to use on the new pad.
You can keep your old re-inker to use for watercoloring or filling wheel cartridges.
Enjoy!

New hostess club starting in June
I will
be starting a new hostess club in June. This is how it works...each club member
agrees to order a minimum amount of Stampin' Up product each month - the amount
and number of months depend on the number of ladies that join, (5 club members
=5 monthly orders of $30, 6 club members = 6 monthly orders of $25 each, 7 club
members = 7 monthly orders of $21.44, etc). Orders are due to me by the first
Saturday of the month, but will be due on June 16 for the first month to ensure
everyone has time to receive their catalogs. I will draw names to determine the
hostess for each month. For the month in which you are the hostess, you get to
reap the hostess benefits which include a ton of free stuff! You can
increase your hostess month sales with outside orders or choose to have a
workshop in your home or mine to increase sales (and free stuff) for your
month.
Those
joining the hostess club will receive their free catalogs in the next week or
so (if you did not already receive one) - the new catalog is packed with tons
of great new stuff!! Lots of new stamps, coordinating big shot dies, punches,
papers, ribbons, etc. Participants will also get to join one day of stamp camp
at no charge - a $25 value. Stamp camps will be scheduled starting in the fall
after our twin girls are born and will be held in my home. Space will be a bit
more limited, but more sessions will be added to accommodate more guests as
needed.
If you
have a long wish list and want to add to your stamp and supply collection a
little at a time, this is a perfect solution! Email me if you'd like to join
the fun!

January Stamp Camp - Sympathy
This was one of my favorite creations from this camp. We used markers to color our stamps giving a multi-color stamped image, and then drug the paper across the ink pad to create the border around the sentiment. The designer paper is from the "Springtime Vintage" and coordinates nicely with the "Thanks for Caring" stamp set. Both items are available in the Occasions mini catalog through April 30.

January Stamp Camp - Smile
This is a fun card using the sale-a-bration designer series paper called "Ice Cream Parlor". You can get this paper for FREE with a $50 order! (There's also coordinating buttons and ribbon, woohoo!!) The card is quite simple using the colors in the paper and the Broadstreet Alphabet stamp set to spell SMILE. There's a rhinestone brad in the center of the I just for a little bling.

January Stamp Camp - Birthday Bakery
Here's a birthday card from the January stamp camp. I usually have atleast one birthday card at every camp. This card features the "Birthday Bakery" hostess colored with markers on watercolor paper.
