Ercanbrack Family

This is Alaynah with Grammy Pammy and Papa.
Saturday August 30, 2008. Alaynah, Ben and I went up to the Park City/Coleville area to see Grammy and Papa and ride the Razor. Papa Wayne ownes some land in the area and we love to go up and enjoy the mountains. This was Alaynah's first trip up to the cabin area. There isn't a cabin, there once was an Ercanbrack Family cabin when Ben was litte, but it burnt down years ago and Papa calls the area 'Hexed'. The area is very beautiful, and a fun drive. I especially like that it is near the Park City Shopping Outlets, and believe me, the sister in laws and I take full advantage! We helped Grammy, Papa, Wendi and cousin Tyler load some wood into the trailor and truck. We do this every year so Grammy can have wood for her fireplace all winter long. They had to leave to babysit Peyton and we stayed and rode around on our Razor. Alaynah loved being outside, eating rocks and driving around. It was a perfect trip!

5 Things I am Thankful For Today:

1. GoOd FrIeNdS. I am very lucky to have amazing friends that take care of pitiful me. They are always around to listen to my problems and go out to have fun. I am very thankful for amazing friends that truly care about me.
2. WaLmArT. This sounds totally cheesy, but they truly have EVERYTHING and it is a one stop deal (except when they are out of things that I need, which seems to be often, but I am being thankful today, right?)
3. FaMiLy. I talk to my Mom everyday, and it is wonderful! She is so kind to take time out of her busy day and let me vent.
4. FoOd. Self explanitory. Food. Is. Good. I eat whatever I want and it makes me happy. I know this won't last forever, so at least while I am burning 500 calories a day nursing, I will do what makes me happy, and that is FOOD.
5. AlAyNaH. What a girl. She makes me laugh, cry and scream all at the same time. What a blessing she is. She growls at other children when we are in the grocery line, scary but funny!

Alaynah crawls on her hands and feet so her knees don't get hurt on the hard floor. She is very good at it and can move extremely fast. Check out her darling slipper boots! Gotta love target!

5 Things About ALAYNAH:

1. She loves cheese
2. Anything creepy, crawly, slimy or diry will go straight into her mouth and she will love it!
3. When she sees a picture of a baby she kisses it
4. Poops on the floor anytime she has a naked bum! (I never knew of these gross things moms had to do)
5. When she gets excited, she wrinkles her nose and proceeds to blow out boogers. Ummm, where that came from. . . lets say her dad!

Alaynah is walking. It is so cute! She is still wobbly and does not handle corners, but still! She is so much fun and a joy to watch grow.

Ok. Funny story here. It was late afternoon, which seems to be the hardest part of the day for us, and Alaynah was grumpy. I decided we should go outside to play in the pool. It takes FOREVER to get everything together, put on sunscreen. . etc. Alaynah was not patient for this process. I was hurrying to put on her swimsuit and grabbed the stuff, picked her up and. . . my baby was wearing a very 'R' rated outfit! The swimsuit was on backwards! Here are her cute boobies hanging out and the back was like a little thong with her cute buns hanging out. I did not change it back around due to the extreme grumpiness and she swam as happy as can be in her scandelous playboy swimsuit!!

This is our beautiful garden that Grandma Dar helped us plant. We have 4 tomato plants, a dead zuccini plant (eaten by strange beatles), a pepper plant and little pumpkin plant. I am very proud of our first garden. Alaynah is a true farm girl, through her mama's blood. She loves dirt, mud and rocks. Eating them is one of her favorite hobbies!
