Battling Sickness Stinks!
The kids are all battling sickness right now and let me tell you it STINKS! Literally! I feel so bad for our little kiddos. We hung out with some friends the other day and I'm not sure if they had something but seriously the next day our kids were down and out. I kind of felt like I was on bed rest again because we didn't leave the house on Sunday at all, not even to go to church (which never happens.) Ruby was throwing up all night and Gordon couldn't get off of the couch. The babies were both super clingy and wanted to be held constantly.
I was able to snap this shot of these two cuties. Ruby said in her scratchy little voice, "Mommy, you take picture of me and Lily girl?" How could I resist, I love these little girls! I'm so happy they have each other.
Gordon needed to take some selfies to show us just how sick he felt. Poor Goose! I sure hope they feel better soon.

Gordon my Beanie Boy
Cute Gordon! I just love this boy more and more with each passing day. He is so fun to be around and has such a personality. I was making this hat for a friend for Christmas when Gordon decided that he wanted a hat too. He thought this one fit him perfectly and it was "camouflage" (just what he wanted).
He modeled the hat for me, this face! I could look at it all day!
Our 5 year old boy is full of spark, spunk, silly, strong will, sensitivity, sibling love, and much, much more. How thankful we are to have him in our family!

80 Degree Weather...What?
Last week I was walking the babies around the neighborhood in shorts and a tee shirt and I was still sweating! I got in my car later to pick up the big kids and it read 82 degrees. I laughed as I looking at peoples yards and they have pretend snowmen, snowflakes hanging from the trees, and signs that read, "North Pole." If this is what the North Pole is like in December, then I'm there.
I continue to pinch myself that we live in "vacation land." It really is amazing. The weather alone is so awesome.

The babies have spent a lot of time outside laying on beach blankets and playing with toys. My life feels so crazy right now with all of these little munchkins but it's a great life and I am so blessed.

More Pictures with Santa
Santa made another appearance at our friends annual Christmas party. They have the most amazing party and Santa seems to show up each and every year. Santa even gave Gordon and Ruby little stuffed animals which they were big fans of.

Pictures with Santa
We had our photo taken with Santa last Saturday when he made an appearance at our church Christmas breakfast. Gordon and Ruby wanted nothing to do with Santa in fact they thought it would be better to just sit next to him instead of on his lap. It was pretty
Lily didn't know how to feel about Santa either, she just kept staring at him. It made for a fun morning!

7 Month Old Dallin
Here is a little bit about me right now!
Sleeping patterns: I'm kind of all over the place right now. I have been really hungry lately and am waking up about every 2 hours or so. However, some nights I'm able to sleep for about 5 hours, eat, and then go back to sleep for another few hours. Lily and I got separated to different cribs. We were waking each other up too much so mommy left Lily in the crib and put me in the Pack n Play, however we are still in the same room together. I tend to wake up around 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning and I just want to be held and will cry until someone comes and holds me.
Eating habits: Eating ever MORE now and I want to each every 1 hours 45 minutes to 2 hours during the day.
New foods I like: Mommy's milk but I have been eating a little rice cereal, bananas, pears, sweet potatoes, prunes & apples, and peas (which we didn't like, yuck!)
New discoveries I made: I love be outside and watch Gordon and Ruby do anything. I also like to watch them dance in the office. I also love going for walks and being in the Baby Bejorn. It's fun to go for walks in it and we love going to the beach.
My accomplishments: Smiling a lot especially in the mornings. I can also grab toys and it's fun to put them in my mouth. I really like to be held though a lot especially between the evening hours. I can roll over on my tummy and in fact I sleep on my tummy now. I also like to bounce in the jumper and I like to blow bubbles and pretend to talk.
Places I went: Church, shopping, going for daily walks, the park, the beach in the stroller, Safari park, Gordon's soccer games, and occasionally out to a restaurant with my family, this year we went out for Thanksgiving dinner, what were we thinking!?!.
Special friends: Lily, Gordon, and Ruby
Stats: 18? pounds
I learned some baby babbles this month: I like to talk and giggle after my mommy feeds me. I blow bubbles and smile a lot too and I drool all of the time. But because I'm smiling all of the time it's just so cute.

Fun at the Oceanside Pier, Smash Bro, & Selfies
We headed to the Oceanside Pier last week with the family. Once again the weather was brisk but perfect. November is really my favorite month here.
We headed to Pei Wei for dinner after and the food was very tasty.
We came home and the kids played some "Smash Brothers" with their Uncle Mike and Uncle Johnny.
And Gordon was showing me how he could take pictures of himself.

Christmas Lights
This happened at our house last week and Gordon was very excited. For the last few years Gordon has always been disappointed that we haven't put up Christmas lights. He would say things like, "Mommy, why are we the ONLY house that doesn't have lights up?" So sad because we have boxes and boxes of lights sitting the garage but we just never motivated to get them up. This year Eric was the man and took care of our Christmas light business and Mr. Gordon was a happy camper. The things we do for our kids right?!?

BEST Tasting Yogurt!
This yogurt, oh my word for sure a taste of heaven. I had it at a bridal shower a few weeks ago and now I don't ever want to stop eating it. The Honey Vanilla is the only one I have tried so far but it is incredible. I add a handful of raspberries, some coconut, and sometimes some dried cranberries, the textures and tastes together make it quite the treat. I highly recommend this concoction.

Thanksgiving Torrey Pines Hike
After lunch on Thanksgiving we headed to Torrey Pines and went on an awesome hike with the family. The views were beautiful and the weather was perfect, nice and crisp.
Eric was all bundled up with Mr. Dallin all snug as a bug.
Our precious Ruby girl did a really good job hiking the first half of our adventure.
Eric's parents, his sister, and two of his brothers joined in on the fun.
An amazing family photo, hilarious!
Aunt Hanni was so sweet to Ruby and they held hands and Hanni carried her almost the entire way back.
Such pretty views.
