Book Worms

I can't tell you how much my heart loves watching Ruby, Dallin, and Lily love books and reading.  As a child, I couldn't stand reading for many reasons but the big one was it was just hard for me.  Over the years, I have found my love for books, in fact I can't stop buying books and am even in a book club.  It's glorious!  I hope these kiddos will continue their love of books and reading.

Quick get away

Last month, a couple of my friends and I had a girls day in Orange County.  It was magical, massages, lunch (without kids), pool time, and lots of talking and catching up.  I've decided I need more of this in my life.  So grateful for great friends that we can just pick up where we left off from last time!

Also celebrated a friends birthday at the beach, so great to talk and watch the beautiful sunset.

Ruby's Soccer Season Ends

Ruby, at the age of 4 just finished her first season of soccer.  The first couple of sessions were bumpy to say the least ("I don't want to play daddy!" - clinging to Eric's leg as he held the twins in both arms because I was coaching Gordon's soccer team on another field at the same time.  Eric defiantly took one for the team in the early sessions of Ruby's soccer season.  However, as the season progressed she discovered that she really does like playing and she was a good little soccer player.  She was darling to watch run around, kick the ball, and laughing all the way.  That's the way it is suppose to be.

Gordon, age 7 also finished up his soccer season playing on the Red Dragons - we had a good season and Gordon played well.

Hold Me Mommy

"Hold You ME!"  These are the words I hear on a regular basis from these little munchkins.  These kids are so cute but sometimes when everyone wants me to hold them at all the same time it can be overwhelming.  This is a usual occurrence in our family, me holding multiple kids all at once. #momofmultiples :)

Sibling Fun

Ruby, Dallin, and Lily love getting Jamba Juice after we visit the gym in the morning.  It's so fun to watch these little kids as they watch the fountain drinking their juice.

Lily, loves carrying baskets, purses, and any bucket that she carry her treasures in.

Love these girls in their matching dresses.

Ruby tucks in the twins

Ruby loves playing "mom" and tucking the twins into bed.  She sets up little beds with blankets around the house and lays blankets on top of them.  Its so cute, Dallin and Lily play around and enjoy the attention she gives them.
