My Coach Wallet has arrived! and its in perfect condition and the colour turns out to be nicer than wads on the webby :) i am so happy!


and eugene's godma is so sweet.. she send me this really pretty coach trinket from the US.. my very belated birthday gift from her.. she is really sweet.. i have been receiving gifts from her even though neither of us have met. eugene is so blessed..

Mani and Pedicure at $5 each!! Omg its like the best deal in town.. Shan gek and i finally met up since school started.. and we went to get our nails painted.. the shop is located at far east shopping centre.. level 5 i think.. cant remember exactly where..we got our hands n feet done at only $10 dollars.. i got nice purple finger nails now.. well, my toe nails suppose to be yellow.. but it turn out looking like mucus.. gross.. so i got them painted black..

next we went to dine this Jap place, Wasabi Tei, which is super popular and queue at lunch time is crazy.. well, the place is really interesting.. it has a very rustic feel.. nothing fanciful or posh like the usual jap restaurant.. this place gives u the authentic feel of dining in a family style jap eatery.. and the food quality is GOOD and the portions were generous! and price is reasonable! its about $10 for a meal which comes w drinks, soup, starters, main and fruits.. we ordered sashimi and they came in thick slices n were really fresh.. we had teriyaki chicken for our set and i finished everything.. i rarely finish my food unless they taste gd..

a meal is not complete without desert.. but it was kinda late already and most places were close.. so we drove down to 2am Dessert bar at Holland v. the place is super nice and really gets you into a relaxing mood.. and the desert is really interesting.. very unique and unexpected..

Amedei Chilli Chocolate

it was 3 chunks of dark chocolate which look hard and crunchy when served.. then when we sink our fork in.. we were surprise that it was soft and creamy. nothing like how it appears to be. the first taste you get is the bittersweet dark chocolate followed by a mild chili after taste.. i never tasted chili in my desert before! interesting experience..

then we also ordered cheese cake.. and it dint turn out to be anything we imagine.. its not the typical cheese cake as u can see from the picture.. its more like mousse/cream which taste like cheese cake.. and it comes with butter cookies crumbs underneath.. the cream is very light and nice..

thats the end of girls night out.. the 2 food places mentioned above is worth trying.. yups.. oh and i m having term break now.. but its so boring.. could have been in Bangkok like now if not for caderam's lungs.. :( but i guess if we went we would have drown in projects when we return.. i am already drowning now.. ahh!

Tyler's Chicken Rice Party..
it was so random when i got the text from him inviting us to his house for chicken rice.. it was a small gathering.. just me, nelson, brad, jo and tyler (steph why u nt here!!).. and tyler cooked up a feast! It felt like is was some chinese new year dinner!

look at the amount of food on the table.. 1 whole chicken.. sambal seafood platter( the one wrap in the foil) chicken soup, stir fry veg in oyster sauce and Chicken rice balls!

and there were even desert and wine after dinner! i was so full after the whole meal! we spend the rest of the night chit chatting.. its like probably the first time i sat down and have proper dinner with this group of ppl.. most of the time we just meet at zouk or parties.. and i wish steph was there! but she is in Germany having so so much fun.. jealous!

SD6 dearest Justin Tien has just flown off to the UK to study.. class gatherings will be less fun without our class comedian.. so sad..

we went for steamboat buffet at vivo.. last meal with him till he return..

after dinner we were hanging around and Walter brought out his stethoscope and everyone got so excited and we all had a go at being a doctor.. haha.. and they say my heart beat is pretty fast! oh my.. bad sign.. means i gotta get out of the couch and start exercising soon!

oh and guess what he is gng to e UK to study to become a doctor.. errr.. i cant imagine him being a doctor. i guess non of us can imagine that.. it will be so weird.. hahaha..

Trader's Hotel Buffet.. We have officially step down from the 19th MC of DE Club and what better way to celebrate then to have a feast.. Appreciation dinner at Trader's Hotel Cafe Biz.. the food was excellent ! loads of variety too.. and thanks to UOB promotions it was 2 for 1 makes it so worth the money!




cheers! the buffet is really interesting.. besides the usual international spread they serve roasted duck rice and carnivore style BBQ

and i think this is the buffet were i lasted longest at.. cus the food were simply irresistible..

well, decided to blog abt something happy today.. we were at the Zoo last sunday.. it w as Bethel Family Day and we only paid 7 dollars to get in and it came with KFC lunch as well :) and since its the start of the pri sch hols.. my cousins were here as well..






well the zoo was pretty much the same old same old.. but Amanda and i made an amazing discovery...

the zoo actually has a hotel room ! amazing right.. its the 1 and only hotel rm in the whole zoo and it has a out door rain forest like bathroom.. its catered for couples who wants to hold their wedding at e zoo (ppl really do that). Imagine spending ur wedding night at e zoo.. hmm..


and to get into e mood for zoo.. i decide to slip on a giant pink zebra top! and i kinda got obsessed w taking pics w stuff w zebra prints frm e dust bins to the zebras.. and check out the Zebra Crossing at the zoo.. its really zebra prints! how cool !



the trip to the zoo won't be complete without visiting Singapore legendary white tigers.. the ones which killed the poor zoo keeper.. and after tt incident.. there is this big emergency sign with numbers u can call.. hahah.. but i guess by the time u actually call.. its too late alr..



and this a giant tortise.. totally reminded of Mr Huang when i saw it.. His 2nd favourite animal after the swine.. and the only thing he knows how to draw...


yups.. i m in the process of trying to get my life back to normal.. and lets jus hope i'll get to see the light at e end of the tunnel soon..

After weeks of nt being able to receive calls on my iPhone.. i finally decided to bring my 1 mth old iPhone to the repair centre eug was really nice as to accompany me there.. and some how every technology i touch will screw up.. i dun have the "green fingers" to handle them.


and i think Apple must be super rich or something.. when i went there, they just ask a few questions about my phone, briefly look on e outside.. and without even opening up e phone to check or running any diagnostic test..


all phone company should just follow apple.. its so much better than nokia where they hospitalise ur phone for days even weeks!
