After living in our house for 6 years I finally painted my bedroom and fixed it up. I made the wall art and the pillows for my bed. It's amazing what a little paint can do to spice up a room. I had to add one in of miss cupcake Karly!

My kids loved the 4th of July. We went to the parade and then the local festivities: the bouncy house and bouncy slide were my kids favorite. They had a great day!

We bought this trampoline about a month ago. Last week it was nice and sunny outside it wasn't even blowing. I left the house and when I came home I found our trampoline in the front yard. I guess we had a microburst and it blew our trampoline over our fence into the neighbors yard. Over their fence and barely missed a few kids heads. Then it flew into the street. I'm just glad no one got hurt.

Noah and Karly took swimming lessons this year. Noah has a fear of swimming. Karly did alright except she didn't particularly like the frog slide. Her cousin Parley sure did though I have never seen a kid who has no fear like him.

We had this great trip planned to go to St. George and go to Tuachan and see The little Mermaid and Grease. We bought the tickets about two months ago and we were really looking forward to it. Well I got the flu on Wed and we were planning on leaving Thursday morning. We waited a while to see if I felt better and I had to take Karly to the Dr. because she kept graving her ear. Well sure enough she had an ear infection. So we left about noon on Thursday. I drove most of the way because Jared likes to sleep. As I was driving a huge semi tire was in the middle of the road and I couldn't avoid it. I ran over the top of it. I thought if I swerved I would roll my car because I was going 75mph. Well immediately my car stopped working and it broke down on the side of the road in the middle of no where. We called my in-laws and luckily my brother in-law had a cousin that didn't live too far away. He came and picked us up and we got a tow truck.
This is the only picture I took of the entire trip. We arrived at the hotel room and realized we left the antibiotics for Karly and Noah in my brother in-laws cousins car. So we had to go back a hour to get them. We missed the show :( .The next day we went swimming and immediately after swimming Noah started throwing up. I spent the next day in the hotel room cleaning up throw up and missed the show that night because Noah was too sick to go :(. The next morning my in-laws went to Zion and we stayed behind because now Jared had the flu. We spent the next day at the hotel room with Jared while he was throwing up. The next day we went home. It wasn't a vacation for me. I basically stayed in the hotel room the entire time. I need a vacation re-do.
