4Th of July!

Its that time again
It has always been a tradition in my family for as long as I can remember that we go to Utah State University on the 3rd of July or this case the 2nd, sit on the hill outside of the stadium, eat Fredrico's pizza and watch fireworks. It's one holiday that I have always loved.

Since it was a long weekend of activities we went boating at Pineview on Saturday

our ocean front property at Pineview
The water was so cold but Bridger want to keep playing in it

First time feeding himself and he loved every minute of it

Well our little guy loves Earth's Best baby food and Babies R us was having a sell. You get 2 cases of 12 for $5.00, well then they also had $1 off coupons in the cases and we also had some coupons so we got all of this food for $28.12. I love Coupons.
Sunday we went to my sister Jen's house for dinner and to relax outside, Bridger with Aunt Kat and Cousin Grace.
My mom

Buddies Jaxon and Bridger

Well our entertainment was watching Russ and Jaxon spraying off the boat with the power washer, how sad and White Trash is that? But we just love to be together and talk.

Monday was a perfect day to do some yard work since our front yard has been neglected since we have been working on the backyard. We woke up, not too early, and headed outside about 10:30am. Tyler and I worked and lucky Bridger played in the dirt and had a nice nap outside then he played with his water table (this kid loves water).

Well we had a great weekend of fun and it was so hard to go back to work, missing this little guy each and every day!

June at a glance

Summer is already almost over with and I am sad, I haven't even been to Lake Powell yet or on any great vacations. Here's an overview of June at the Farnworth's house

My birthday dinner at Salt City Burger.

First Bees game, hopefully more to come

Clapping for the Bee's

Pineview with his first life jacket on Uncle Russ and Aunt Jennies Boat

Best pals (Jaxon my nephew and Bridger) Jaxon just loves Bridger and every time he seems him he has to hold him and Bridger has a huge smile

Us pasty whites trying to get some rays

Bridger was so good boating he didn't even mind wearing the life jacket the whole time, I can't wait for more boating and hopefully some camping trips to come, we need a good vacation!

9 Months Old!

I can't believe it he is already 9 months!
Weight: 22lbs 6oz (78th percentile)
Height: 29 1/2" (87th percentile)

Still NO teeth, still not sleeping through the night, but better. He is in 12 month clothes because of his height and belly.
This little guy is so much fun, even at 3am when he smiles at me because he can stand up in his crib and jump up and down. We finally had to lower it to the lowest point because he is so tall.

Always has this smile on his face, especially since he thinks he is so big standing and only holding onto one of your hands and sometimes letting go.

This baby can make so many different noises with his mouth. His latest is he will blow on your arm or leg to make fart noises, he thinks its so funny and giggles.

He finally learned how to crawl forward and he is off and into everything. We have a huge basket of toys for him but he would rather play with Calli's toys so we have to hide them.

I LOVE this picture because you NEVER see this face, He was so mad because we put him in the tall grass and he was not having it.

That tongue! Ever since he was born he has had that tongue hang out, that's a classic picture of Bridger.

I get asked all the time if I cut Bridger's hair into a mohawk but the answer is no, it just grows that way and only in the middle. His hair must know it needs to be good because his mom does hair. I would like to cut it or trim the top but Tyler will not let me.
My sweet baby boy

Again the tongue. Bridger and I both as babies would both hang out our tongues he gets that from me.

Mother's Day!

Mother's Day this year was a little different.
We usually go, just the girls, to La Caille with our mother for brunch but this year most the family came with there kids and spouses. I look forward to mother's day every year just for the most wonderful brunch, caramelized croissant's with nuts, Eggs Benedict with hash browns and fresh asparagus, fresh squeezed orange juice, pastry swan with fresh fruit and to top it off... a crepe that has ice cream and chocolate in it, I had to be wheeled out of there I was so full.

My amazing mother that I love so much. I admire how strong she is and the person that she is. I love that she loves my little Bridger so much and gets so excited to see him in the mornings even with the lack of sleep that she has had from working the night before. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me in my life! I love you mom!

My wonderful sisters. We are missing one sister, Shelley. I love you guys and am so glad I have four best friends that I can always count on for anything even if we are fighting we still are there for each other no matter what!
Most of the grandkids with grandma. We are miss four of the twelve.

The most wonderful husband, and father, any wife could ask for. I just love this man more and more each day, for the father that he is to Bridger and for the husband that gives me unconditional love and listens to my worries, frustrations and my best friend that I can laugh with and know exactly what we are both thinking. Thank you for giving me the best first mothers day!

First camping trip!

First camping trip of the year, and for Bridger, was down to Moab the end of April with Tyler's family and it was so much fun and so nice to get away. Bridger was so good he was perfect the whole time.

Having fun in the trailer and playing with mom's hat. Bridger slept so good just like we were at home. We made him his own little bed and he was in heaven. He better like it because its our home away from home.

Saturday we went on a hike to Hunter's Canyon and it was beautiful and a very nice and easy hike (that's what I like for the first hike of the season) we had borrowed a "mini me", as what Tyler calls it, from Tyler's sister to take Bridger in and he was loving looking around and seeing everything. He would scream and kick his legs because he would get so excited.

Along the hike there was a stream or more like little waterfalls with pools at the end, well anytime Bridger hears water he gets so excited his little hands & feet start moving in circle's because he thinks its bath time, well we decide to put his feet in it and he was loving it even thought it was freezing cold, he would cry every time we would take him out.

I swear I am so lucky to have such a good little boy. I can change his diaper on red rocks and he is happy even with just a little padding, he even slept on the hike back to the car. We could have ten kids if they were all as good as Bridger. Lets just hope the next couple of kids are as good as him.

As we got home Tyler was unpacking Bridger's bag and Bridger wanted to climb on it so Tyler put him in the bag with some of his friends and was wheeling him around the house. He was giggling and we were all laughing so hard.

We can't wait for many more trips to come. First camping trip down, about 20 more to go this year (we hope)!
