Micah has a growing interest in books. He will sit and help turn the pages and sometimes read along. His favorites are the "Touch and Feel" books.


We recently bought Micah a walker. It took him about a week to figure out how it works, but now he zooms around the house! He's not real fast yet, but that time will come!

On Sunday, Micah was 7 months old. So, what's happening at 7 months?

** Rolling! Micah rolled over once on Valentine's Day and then decided for a while that since he conquered that milestone, he didn't need to do it again. I guess he changed his mind now...he's rolling all the time!

** Walking! No, not by himself, but he loves to stand and walk from toy to toy.

** Yummy foods! Green beans, squash, sweet potatoes, peas...delicious!

** Laughing! Micah loves to laugh! He's a ticklish boy and he still loves to play peek-a-boo.

** Wild hair! I had to add this in because Micah has hair that can't be tamed. No matter what we do, it stands straight up...almost like someone just rubbed a balloon on his head. I think it's pretty cute!

A couple of weeks ago, I left Micah alone with his bowl of cereal...what was I thinking?! Of course, he dumped the bowl over and ended up with cereal EVERYWHERE! And then he gave me a smile that said, "Mom, what did you think would happen?"
