What Christmas means to me....
Tonight for Family Home Evening I have asked everyone to write down what Christmas means to them and then we will share it... But if I was not going to use words this video wraps it up beautifully. It makes me feel how I have always felt at Christmas... The love I feel for my Savior and his humble birth. The love I feel for my family as we celebrate his birth.
Merry Christmas to you all! I hope you will have a wonderful Christmas full of memories, love and feeling the sweet spirit of our Savior.

My Husband Is Soooo Brave!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had the cute kids from polka-dots over this weekend. We had tons of fun! We made homemade pizzas and stayed up really late. We even headed over to see Despereaux. Everyone seemed to like it even if it didn't follow the book perfectly. But the highlight of the weekend was when M decided he would let the kids cut his hair. He is brave. But they had so much fun as you can see by their constant giggling. He even wore his dinosaur PJ's seen in the previous post to give the cut a little more seriousness. HAH!
Great job Kiddos! And have fun in Texas Pinky and kids! We hope your Christmas is wonderful!
Two Headed Dinosaur Monster!!!! Oooh Scary!!!!!!!!
My two youngest decided to get in M's famous Dinosaur PJ's.
A little hard to walk. What you don't see in the video is right when M turned off the camera they tumble to the ground and knocked their heads pretty good. It wasn't such a fun game after all. But they looked cute and had fun while it lasted! :)

SNOW DAY!!!!!!!
WooHoo for Snow!
We are totally loving the snow pattern we are in. It snowed all day yesterday. Not hard, just a nice steady snow. So, of course, when the kids got home they went to work building snowmen and having fun. (Well, the little kids did. The big kids had homework. :( )
When I turned around to go into the house this is what was behind me. Okay I know an explanation is in order for this fabulous outfit. Tiny A is obsessed with creating outfits. So this was the latest outfit of the day. It is a baby doll blanket tied around her and her shirt is around her waist. What you don't see is my heels on her little feet covered in snow. Not exactly the best snow outfit.
So it is official, Becca is now the best hair dresser in town! She dyed and cut my hair last night and I absolutely love it.

IT'S SNOWING!!!!!!
We woke up to snow this morning! Our first snow of the year. We are so excited! It wasn't very much, probably an inch. It has been so warm this fall that we thought it was not going to get cold.... But it is still snowing ... Hopefully it will keep coming down. I love to see the landscape so clean and white... Let it Snow, Let it snow, Let it snow!!!!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
At the ranch...
After Thanksgiving we went to the ranch and had a great time. Little A went on her first real ride driving some cattle to another pasture. She had a blast. And so did I . It is so hard not to just sit down and cry when I am there because I miss it all so much....
Thanksgiving 2008
So we had a great Thanksgiving with all of our family. We went to my Aunt and Uncle's home on Thanksgiving and had a scrumptious meal. I could not believe all of the food. And of course I ate just a little too much! :) I didn't get very many pictures while we were there. I was too busy visiting.
Thanks Pam and Tom for hosting....
Then we had another thanksgiving dinner on Saturday. Again, It was wonderful. We played some football had a great dinner and did get some family pictures taken. We hope everyone had a fantastic day with their families!
