Kerry turned the big 3-0! I was away doing a photography shoot on his actual birthday. So the celebration happened a couple days later when he was least expecting it! I surprised him with a poolside party with all our great friends! Happy Birthday Kerry!

We love and appreciate all the dads in our lives. In honor of Lauren and Gavin's dad, the following is a survey that Lauren was asked and these were her answers.

WHY DO YOU LOVE YOUR DAD? Because I love him so much!

Today, daddy decided it was time for his summer haircut. And who better to cut his hair than Lauren. So with much nervousness, she grabbed the clippers. Dad had to help her with the first cut and what followed echoed throughout our house - uncontrollable laughter! Lauren thought this was the greatest job ever!! As you can tell by the pictures, they both had a great time!

For the last 2 weeks, Lauren has been in swimming lessons through our YMCA. Oh my, what a little fish we have on our hands!! She swims all over all by herself. She is super quick and can swim the length of the pool. She is now learning to dive to the bottom to get things and is loving every minute of it! On Saturday, she was in the pool for 5 hours non-stop.

This time of year in Florida is very wet. Afternoon thunderstorms happen just about every day. Lauren had a fun time playing in the puddles today.
