A Blessed Day

Harper's baby blessing was on July 3. We were so glad to have lots of family and friends come to Cedar to celebrate with us. The blessing was BEAUTIFUL! Greg is such a great dad and the girls and I are lucky to have such a worthy and in-tune priesthood holder in our home. Harper was quiet and content all through church (which is rare) but was ready to explode (and she did-literally) when we were taking pictures! After the blessing we went to a little park for a luncheon. It turned out to really be a lovely day.

No, my mom is not as tall as me. We were on a hill, I had flats and she had heels!

Here we are. Not too often that we're both dressed up. :)

The clashing of the Cooks and Foleys! :)

2 of my cute nieces Sidney and Olivia with Cassidy.

My bro. This is the traditional self-photo.

Poor Harper was tired, hungry, and poopy by this point.

Here are the 8 grandkids on my side of the family. This was the best shot we could get after about 8 attempts!

Emmy sure love Alisha! (Even if she always forgets her name...sorry!)

My silly cousin, Cam. It wasn't THAT hot.

 My cute parentals.

This girl was the happiest right after a bum change just laying on a table checking everything out. Do you see the illusive dimple? I love it so much!

Zonked out on Grandma after a long day.

New Normal

Things have been starting to get a little back to normal. Well, I guess not BACK to normal, but we're starting to establish our new normal I guess. Harper is 8 weeks old now! It has really gone by quickly. She's been a little tough but is starting to mellow out a bit. She has even started sleeping for about 6-7 hours straight at night! This was my 2nd week back to work and it's been tough. I'm just lucky to have a good job, and great people that I trust to leave my girls with. Emerson is getting so big. She is as sassy as ever, but has been great helper and really loves her sister.
