Walking down memory lane

I was at my grandma's place a few days back, and I was sitting at the cafeteria with two very close friends of mine. And while they were talking to each other, something caught my eye. A few children at the swimming pool, splashing water to one another. Running around the pool. Having so much fun without anything in the world to care about. Okay, I may sound like a pedophile, but seriously. Looking at them having so much fun struck my mind about how children are the most innocent and naive creation on earth.

Looking at the children having so much fun somehow brought back memories about me being a child once upon a time. Lol. Being my mom's doll. Running and screaming around like a crazy kid out from the woods. Playing games that I now find lame and dumb. Always calling out for mom's help if someone picks on me. Going to my neighbour's house to play Barbie doll. Yes, I was once a Barbie doll freak. =.= Playing and fooling around with my siblings. Playing as if there is no tomorrow in kindergarten. And many more other stuff. This is definitely a memory I will bring with me throughout my whole life. :D

Without realising, reality struck me in no time. That was one stage of our life each and everyone of us go through. Being the most naive and innocent creature on earth. But as we grow up, there are more and more things in life that we have to be concerned about. And yet, at that few moments, I thought to myself, how nice would it be if I were given a chance to go back to my childhood times. :) Mend things that didn't turn out the way it should have been. Or rather, enjoy every single moment as a small kid. LOL. Oh well, I guess that is part and parcel of life. Life goes on. LOL.

Oh well, just wanted to share with all of you one of my thoughts. :D Teehee.
