Pebbles and Bam Bam!!
I LOVE Halloween! This year Mason and Carly were Bam Bam and Pebbles! We had a fun night, mostly just making the rounds visiting family.

Pumpkin Patch
We had fun this year taking the kids to the pumpkin patch! They were not having the happiest of days, but it turned out to be fun. Only a few minor injuries! Mason fell and split his lip open as usual! And Carly was cranky until the end when she got this little pumpkin that was just her size. Then she was completely content! I guess we should have got the pumpkins at the beginning!
Sorry about the picture overload! It was taking too long to narrow them down, so I just decided to post them all!

Twins Birthday Bash!
We had so much fun for Mason and Carly's 2nd Birthday! It was so fun to celebrate with lots of family! My parents brought them these cute Thing 1 and Thing 2 shirts from Universal Studios!
It's so crazy to think that my babies are all ready two! When I was in the hospital two years ago having them, I had no clue what the next two years would be like! I now have the busiest and craziest two year olds that I know! But they are also the cutest and sweetest! They definitely make Scott and I laugh every day!

(notice Carly's 1st dress up shoes! I thought she was too young for them, but she wears my high heals around all day! She definitely loved them!!)

Mason was crazy about his Thomas the Train set! He thought it was so funny to put things on the track and have the train hit them! He is such a BOY! ( I LOVE his fake laugh!)

They had to take turns blowing out the candles after we sang Happy Birthday!

Things I want to remember about Mason and Carly when they are no longer two:
(for journaling purposes, this gets really long!)
Mason has a very tender heart and hard head! He hits his head almost every day and doesn't even flinch, but if I tell him NO or get upset with him, he bursts into tears
He is a ball of energy! I don't think he EVER walks! He is either running everywhere or sometimes skipping.
He has always been a very curious little boy..aka climbing and getting into everything! (my mom always tells me that it's a good thing and means he's going to be smart!)
He has had a couple of little hair cuts, but still doesn't have a whole lot of hair!
He is ALL boy! He LOVES anything to do with trains, airplanes, helicopters and cars! He also likes to snuggle up with dad and watch sports games!
At his two year check up, he was just tipping the scales at 21lbs. (he is my little man)
He is the sweetest little boy ever, always climbing on my lap to give me kisses!
Carly is definitely the sassy one of the two! She has quite the attitude for a two year old!
She gives the best crusty face ever! Usually when she is mad at me and someone walks by, she glares at them and sometimes tells them NO!
She is such a girl! She has a serious shoe obsession and LOVES to wear my high heals all around the house! She can even climb all the way up and down the stairs without them falling off!
She loves anything pretty...... purses, earrings, long hair, etc.
She used to get picked on, but now stands up for herself pretty good! She even tattles on "Sason" sometimes. (that's how she says Mason)
She loves to color! If not on paper, then walls, floors and countertops!
She can be such a sweetheart! I love it when she says mum moo (love you) mommy/ daddy!
At her two year check up she weighed in just under 20lbs!
My favorite things about having two year old twins:
They are the best and worst of friends! They fight over all of their toys! But when one of them is sad, the other always tries to make them feel better by bringing them a sippy or blanket, sitting next to the other in time out or bringing them their favorite car or baby doll.
They are always so excited to see each other in the morning! It really is the cutest thing ever!
They like to tag team! Carly will put her food on Mason's plate and Mason will drop it on the floor for the dog!
Sometimes they hold hands or give each other kisses and that melts my heart!

Happy Birthday!
Can you believe that my babies are two?!
I can't believe how fast time flies! We have had so much fun over the last two years! I love every single day with my cute kiddos! Happy Birthday to my two favorite two year olds in the whole world! Mason even woke up at midnight to start celebrating! (He was born at 12:01) HaHa! I will post more of their parties and stuff later.Goodbye Summer..... :(
Since I'm so far behind.... Here is a quick recap of our summer. We're so sad to see it go!
FAMILY BBQ'S:
Mason, Carly & Sydney
Carly being silly
SEVEN PEAKS:
My mom and I decided to get Seven Peaks passes this summer! I was surprised as to how much fun we really had! Mason and Carly absolutely LOVED it! I was worried that it was going to be to crazy and too exhausting chasing them all over the park, but they were SO good! They stayed by me and played the whole time, never had a tantrum, never ran away and were so happy!
YAY!
