Easter 2023
A week before Easter, I got a call from Clint (who never calls me!). He and Mindi asked if they could come visit for the weekend and go to some Diamondback games. ALWAYS! It was a super fast and super fun weekend.
Bracelets made by Brigg and Parker on the drive down.
My Mom has always wanted to go to the Mesa Easter Pageant, so one night while Clint's family went to a game, Alyssa and I took her to the pageant.
Before they left Sunday morning, we went on a hike. Beautiful Day!
Spring 2023
Alyssa and I still love attending palys at the Hale Theater.
Hayden and Rachel will be moving to Austin, TX this fall so Hayden can attend graduate school for physical therapy. They took a trip this spring to check things out.
I was able to go on the kindergarten field trip this year, along with Mrs. Mento, since we had so many kinders who needed support. It was super fun!
Primary!
Right before Christmas, I was called to be the Primary President. I spent my vacation praying about counselors and preparing for the new year, which was hard because I hadn't been sustained yet and no one knew. I LOVE PRIMARY, so I'm so excited!!
Our first big activity was a Pine Wood Derby and it turned out so well.
Christmas 2022
I got a new Christmas tree this year, so I gave mine to the Sister missionaries. They sent me this picture. Made my day!
I had the opportunity to sing "Mary's Lullaby" at the Relief Society Christmas dinner.
The kid's dad sent homemade gifts back with Hayden and Rachel when they were there for Thanksgiving.
While we were in Utah, we were able to catch up with Mandy and Aunt DeLoyce. So many laughs!
After returning home, we celebrated Christmas a week late on January 1, with a big breakfast and presents.

Hayden and Rachel were out of town with her family around Christmas time, and we wanted to go to Utah to attend Justin's farewell, so we spent Christmas in Utah (which we don't usually do. We go the day after).

Alyssa was able to go see her Dad and make candy with Laura.
