Frost Family Faces

I can't believe she's 7!  We wanted to do something special for her birthday so we gave her a choice of going to Chic-fil-A or Chuckarama...the clincher was that Chuckarama had orange slush drinks.  So we went there.  After dinner we came home and blew out candles.  We didn't eat the cake, we were too full.  We saved it for the next night.

We did something a little strange this year...I don't usually buy presents for my kids.  We usually go out to dinner for birthdays or have a special dinner and that's it.  Well, this year I found some "Elsa" dolls on sale.  Travis is working at Wal-mart so I had him buy them which got me even more of a discount...so, for Ella's birthday (It's the last one until Alayna's in July) we had presents for everyone...

 She got a larger version of the Elsa Doll, when they play with them, they usually have Elizabeth's be the little girl, or the baby...

 And for Ethan?...He wasn't left out...



 A football.  He was nervous he was going to get an Elsa Doll too...


After presents and cake we watched the new "Tinkerbell" movie on netflix.  The kids wouldn't let go of their presents.  It was so much fun.  Very fun and memorable birthday!


We love you Ella!  You are spunky, mischievous, such a fun person to be around.  You love dress-ups, dolls, make-up and playing with friends.  You still have an amazing imagination and use it often.  We love having you as part of our family!

 We went over to "help" Cynthia and Travis move at the end of April, well this is how Elizabeth and Ariana "Help" move people...


Ethan started reading Harry Potter...

 I sure love this baby!  10 months old and she started to crawl!  Now she's everywhere!

My beautiful girl!

Ella had and the entire 1st grade put on a fun show for all the parents!  I loved how they showed what they learned that year.  Ella had been singing these songs for months so it was even more fun to hear how they all sounded with everyone, and in context...







She did such a good job!  I loved watching her sing.  She'd look over at me and smile and then try not to smile...it was so cute!

I love Temple Open houses.  This one was beautiful!  I couldn't believe the details and moldings and stained glass windows and the ornate carvings on the outside of the temple!  It was so beautiful. I think my mouth was hanging open most of the time I was walking through!  We went the beginning of May so the weather was perfect!







 Of course they had to play in the water...

 Ethan wanted to carry Alayna...he lasted until he got up a little flight of steps to me, then asked to take her off.

This was a wonderful experience.  I love that as they kids get older, they start to understand a feel the spirit more.  It was in abundance in this temple.  So beautiful!
