Happy birthday Ariana!  She officially turned 5 on the 16th.  And had her first "friends" birthday party!  She requested a princess party...and I added the "tea party" part!  So, she had a princess tea party!

We started by making princess crowns!  They all did such a good job making their
crowns so pretty! (and the one boy that came made a great shield!)

Then the tea part with hot chocolate and lots of yummy snacks!

And then of course it's time for presents!!

 A Belle barbie..

 An Elsa barbie!

Magnetic paper doll type things from Frozen!

What is it!!...

 two more barbies!!

And a very cool teacher toy!

And a pretty dress-up skirt and wings!!

Wow!  Such amazing friends to give such amazing presents!

Now for cake!!!

It was a very fun birthday party!  Everyone got to take home their tea cups and saucers!  (I got them all at DI)

Then, the next day, Grandma and Grandpa Frost came and gave Ariana their present...

It's a kindergarten get ready kit!  It has lots of fun learning games, and cards in it!  A perfect gift for Ariana.  She loves stuff like this!

Happy Birthday Ariana!  You are so sweet and caring and kind.  You are super smart, you love to sing and dance and play anything imagination!  You love taking care of your sisters and especially love playing with Ella and Elizabeth!  We love you!  Happy Birthday!

January Randomness

Here are some random pictures of our January adventures!

Ella made me a flower and hung it in my room.  Charles got a sculpture that looked like him.

Alayna officially turned 18 months on the 11th!  Wahoo!  Nursery here we come!

This was her last day in Sunday School with Mommy.

Silly girl!  I love this sweet girl!  She gives the best hugs and the best smiles!  She knows what she wants and will get it no matter what!  She's feisty! and sweet!

She went to nursery great!  I really thought she would have problems because she can be so clingy...but she did great!  I've been taking her in during my nursery singing time for a couple of weeks.  The last couple of weeks I left her the last 45 min. (snack time!  Oh yeah!)  Then the Sunday before she turned 18 months, I took her in about 15 min. before I came to do singing time, and she stayed the rest of the time.  She hasn't had a problem going since!  And she officially stopped nursing.  She's for sure my longest nurser!

These girls are ready to take on the bad guys!...

Ariana requested that I take pictures of them dancing...again...

And here's my little "Tinkerbell"...all dressed up and ready to fly!

Her first real ponytail!  She's getting so big!

Love this girl!

Happy New Year's Eve!

As is our tradition, we went down to St. George for the week of New Year's.  We stayed the first few nights at my Mom's, then at a Worldmark time share owned by Ellen the last few nights.  We had so much fun!  I wish I got more pictures of our time but I didn't.  But just for the record...we met up with my friend Jenny who moved to Chicago and was in St. George visiting family, we played at parks, watched movies made big family dinners, went shopping, had our Siblings Christmas Party (on New Year's Day), Charles and I even were able to do a session at the temple!  Such a fun fun week!

So, Happy New Year!

 Handing out some poppers!

The Dresses...

Here are some pictures of the girls wearing their gorgeous new dresses that Grandma Frost made...she spent hours and hours and hours!!

Ethan got a new shirt and tie to match!

This was our last Sunday at the 1:00 block...Elizabeth fell asleep in Sacrament meeting...and I mean she was OUT COLD!  I didn't want to move her and I honestly thought she would wake up in a bit, so I just sat with her.  Well, she never woke up.  She just stayed asleep for the next 2 hours.  So, Alayna had free reign of the chapel...

Little pink foot and leg hung over the bench most of the time...

Thank you for the beautiful dresses Grandma!
