HAPPY EASTER

Hope you enjoyed your Easter!

Pictures From the Past....Thanksgiving & Christmas

Thanksgiving 2011
We went up to Utah for Thanksgiving. We took the kids skiing for the first time. We had so much fun. They day was so beautfiul with fresh snow from the night before and blue sunny skies!
The kids loved it.

Jaerica and Whitney performed one of their many dance routines to Taylor swift for us.
We had Thanksgiving dinner in my Dad's garage. Seems a funny place to have dinner, but if you have seen his garage you wouldn't be so surprised. He has a heater, cupboards, crown molding, apoxy flooring, paintings hung on the wall....the list goes on and on. And it's so clean you could eat off the floor :)!

Nathan's family came to my parent's house for dinner. It was family to have both families together!

Coleman's 4th Birthday

Coleman had a great 4th birthday. He was so excited to turn 4!
He had been talking about it for 12 months!  Now he is already talking about turning 5.
For his party we had a neighbor girl down the street bring all her pets to show to the kids.
She did a game where she gave the kids clues and they had to guess what animal
she was talking about and then she brought the animal out.
She brought a bird, rabbits, guinea pigs, dog and a snake.
Coleman loved all the animals and so did his friends.
We gave him all the baseball stuff he would need to start T-ball.
He is starting this week and he is so excited!

Meet Maggie

Well, we have finally gotten a dog. We have been talking about it forever, but I was not on board. For some reason I had a change of heart (Maybe because that's all Payton wanted for Christmas and is still so sad about losing our cat, Oreo). My stipulation was a dog that didn't shed, and Nathan's was a big dog, so we agreed on a Labradoodle. Part lab, part standard poodle.

So Santa brought us Maggie in his sleigh!  We heard her whimpering at about 6:00 am.  Payton had already woken up and I was trying to get him to wait awhile before we woke up Whitney and Coleman. As soon as he heard her, you should have seen his face when he said, "All my dreams have come true!"

And I have to admit that I am in love with her!  She is so sweet and so adorable, not to mention the softest puppy ever. We all love her and are getting adjusted to the new addition. We have blocked her competely from all carpet and will hopefully have the potty training down soon. Then I'm sure I will love her even more.

I have a lot more pictures of Christmas and Coleman's 4th  birthday that I will post soon. We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

HALLOWEEN 2011

So this is the only picture I got of all my kids together. The only time that Payton wore his
costume this year was during his Halloween Piano Recital (Which is pictured below)
He wasn't into Halloween this  year and just stayed back and handed out candy with Nathan.
I think he loved it!  As for Whitney and Coleman, I think they wore their costumes at least 4 times.
Coleman was a pirate, Whitney was a dancer and Payton was Dracula.

This is their amazing piano teacher, Ginger. We love her so much! Payton played 2 songs at his recital, Put on Your Costume and         Whitney planted Old McDonald had a Ghost. They both did an awesome job!

Coleman and his friend, Joseph, were pirates together at the ward party. And his friend, Hudson, was a fireman at their preschool.

We made a few Halloween treats. Nutter Butter Ghosts, Oreo Bats and Oreo Spiders.

Whitney hasn't grown out of her love for posing for the camera!

This is Whitney and her friends, Logan, Lacey and Lilly at the ward party.
We carved pumpkins in the backyard. (And yes, it was warm enough for Coleman to have his shirt off!)

This is Nathan and I at our 80's party. There may be a 80's dance video coming soon.....
