Maddy is going to be a Big Sister!!! The due date is April 25Th the day before Maddy's B-day. That should make it for a fun month. I am 10 weeks this week and can't wait for the nausea to go away. Please pray for a healthy baby and a healthy pregnancy. Some of you know about the rash I had with Maddy that started about 24 weeks that put me in the hospital for a week and had to be put on a high amount of steroids. The chance of the rash coming back is 90% with second pregnancy. We know that God can do amazing things!!! We will keep you updated!

Well the time has come for Maddy to start her first day of pre-k today. Mack and I were able to both be there. Maddy was really excited about her day. I did well also. I did not know how I would do letting her go but Maddy likes it so much I can't help feel good. Maddy is growing up to fast but loving every minute of it.

Wow! It seemed like yesterday that we brought her home from the hospital. Madelynn has turned into a very loving and sweet 4 year old. We had fun on her birthday this year. We had her birthday party at May farms and it was a hit. They had pony rides and a hay ride. All of the kids were able to feed all the animals and hold some of the smaller one's. We also had cupcakes and opened presents there. Thanks to everyone that was there to share this special day with Maddy. Madelynn will be starting Pre-K this fall and we all really excited about it. It will be 5 day's a week from 9:00 to 3:00. I am excited for her but really sad it the same time. I guess it is all part of growing up. Today was the day that I took Maddy for her very first hair cut at the age of 3 1/2 year old. I know it has been way to long but when she was younger she really never had much hair to cut. Just in the past year has it really started getting long and thick. Everybody has told me that when you get there first cut they will lose all the curls. But I think Maddy will still have them. When our family friend was cutting her hair it was staring to dry and was still wavy. In the pictures it looks straight because I wanted to know what it would look like straight so Debra used a flat iron to straighten it. What a big girl Maddy was she did not cry or through a fit. We kept her loaded up with Skittles. I think this was a good experience and we will have to get another one before Pre-school starts in the fall.

Maddy had fun this year dressing up as a leopard kitty cat. Maddy has never really like to dress in a costume before. We went to a carnival this year at my moms church and then got to hang out with our friends and there kids from church. We had a lot of fun and lots of candy.

Wow where has the time gone August 9th was our 7 year Anniversary. We did not do much this year because Mack and I are taking a much needed vacation in September to Colorado for a week. We have not been on a vacation in 7 years since our honeymoon. We had a nice dinner just the two of us and then shopping and ice cream. It was a fun night. It has been such a blessing to have such a wonderful husband and best friend. Here are a few pictures of Mack and I on our anniversary. Here is also a little video of Maddy that I took one morning when I woke up I had the baby monitor on and this is what she was doing. Standing up clapping and singing bible song's. It was so cute. I hope the video is clear so you can see and hear it. I also took a few pictures of Mack and Maddy in the Police car.

We have had a fun summer but very busy as well. Here are some pictures of Maddy at swim lessons in July. We thought it would be good for her to take them to get more comfortable with the water. Maddy had lots of fun and we hope to take them again next year also.
