I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel to several different countries and though each of those countries I visited are beautiful, nothing still compares to the splendor of our great and wonderful nation. Our country is not perfect, but it is by far, still the best to live in and I enjoy the freedoms our forefathers fought for. I am blessed to live in this country. I am proud of our military and I support them. Most of all, I am proud to be an AMERICAN!!!

I always get emotional when I hear our national anthem. It is truly an inspirational song. May its last verse ring true to every American heart!

"O! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!"
