random thoughts...

many a times.... we get too used to the things around us....
that we take things for granted at certain times...

in order to be as truthful to others as much as possible...
we tend to not think before actually speaking...
resulting in mistaken meanings and understandings....

though the world might seem crashing onto you at a certain point of time...
a listening ear, caring words... and attempts to make you cheer up will most of the time succeed...

tiredness in the mental form never seems to leave no matter how much rest you have taken...

the emotional burden will continue to haunt u no matter how much you try to avoid it....

contentment is never attained.... cuz after you reached it... ur expectations get higher....

sweet talk... really do melt a girl's heart....

it is always nice to know dat u will always have someone to fall back on all the time...


be it a small little issue or a huge problem....


he has always been around for me...


all this while... till date it has been around 5 years...




he has been facing all my problems with me...


giving me advice...


chiding me whenever i'm wrong...


and highlighting values dat i've failed to see...




even though he is not good with words...


he will always make things so simple in his own context...


giving me the assurance that things are not as tough as it seem....




take my upcoming traffic police test for example...




i told him i was not confident of being able to pass it cuz my driving is still not zai....


and his answer was so simple...




dun worry... u can do it...


driving is as easy as walking...




reading it not only makes me smile n laugh at my phone...


it also takes away the fear in me...




tell me wat will i do without him...


tell me how will able to be the person i am now without him...




i love him loads.... =)

taipei trip was fun...
and the return trip was an adventure of a lifetime...


arrived on the 11th Dec...
at around 6.30pm...

took the bus that would bring me to the hotel...
and the whole journey took me around 2 hours cuz of the traffic....
made me super hungry cuz din have anything to eat since the morning 10 am...
poor him was also very hungry... and he had been waiting for me in the hotel since 3 pm...


cuz it was a weekday.... and it was already late...
we din bother to go anywhere far...
actually wanted to eat 阿中面线...
but could not find the store at 西門丁...
lolx... so we settled for TGI Fridays...

had western food... not bad... yummy.... =)
very filling too... price was reasonable.... considering for a 3 course meal...
after which.... went back to the hotel for the nite...

12th Dec

woke up and went out around 10 am...
first went to 新光三越百貨 (Shin Kong Mitsukoshi)
nothing much to shop one...
dunno wat the craze is all about....

got a bit upset that we could get nothing...
so we went to a place that was introduced by his friend...
美麗華百樂園
at first when we were on the bus... we were thinking to ourselves....
is this a shopping centre or a entertainment park?
this place might not ring a bell when told the name...
but when u see this...start to remember anything...?

the ferris wheel too big to take a picture... so posed with the mascot... lolx...
the place is bigger then 新光三越 as it has 2 buildings that are linked tgt...
erm... but the stuffs... nothing much either....
shopping centre quality and pricing...

was bored with shopping so we caught a movie at their IMAX theatre...
we watched 30 days of night...
quite a good show... vampires are really clever...
thought at first the show will be another same old zombie movie...
but after watching it.... it happens not to be true...
the last part was cool....
catch the show... it is worth it....

after that... went to 士林夜市
where i finally ate the 超大雞排
it was really huge... bigger den wat we get in sg...
take a look at it...

can't believe it eh.... den we continued on to eat the delicacies of shilin....
蛤阿煎, 魯肉飯, 雪花冰 etc...
i had the 養樂多 flavoured 雪花冰...
guess right? vitagen flavoured... it was yummy...
din managed to take pics... too hungry... haha...
after dat... went back to the hotel....
on the way back from ximending to the hotel...
we found our 阿忠面線...
so we packed 2 bowls back to the hotel...
yummy... had it for supper.... =)

13th Dec

woke up later cuz was too tired...

first shopped around ximending area....
he bought quite a bit of stuff.... but me nothing...
den when it got later in the afternoon...
we went to 五分鋪it was a wholesaler market.... loads of stuff...
very nice clothes.... but then all for the winter season...
buy also cannot wear.... sianz.... so din get much...
cuz of its vast size.... we spent quite a bit of time there...






got hungry and ate 豆花... he had the peanut one and i had the 粉圓 one which are pearls...
continued shopping after dat.... until we could walk no more...
legs were so 酸...
so we went to the nearby 小吃店...




had 魯肉飯 den went back...

14th Dec

went to 太平洋 SOGOthe place was huge.... and the thing was "Atas" class...
wanted to get a jacket.... but den it was stained.... so din get it in the end...
after dat... went back to ximending and caught another movie....

I am Legend...




the show is not as nice as the trailer shows la... not interesting one.... alot of redundent time spent showing his daily routine.... sianz..... not worth it.....




15th Dec




lazed around in the hotel till it was time to check out....




den he left to take the coach back to dou liu....




sobx.... not going to be able to see him until chinese new year...




so i went to walk around ximending area to look for somewhere to do my nails...




found it... and did it... den went to grab something to eat before going to take my transport to the airport...



reached the airport and proceeded to the boarding gate for my flight bound back at 6.40pm....


however, there was an announcement at first that the flight was delayed due to ground handling problems.... and 15 mins after the first announcement.... another announcement was made saying that the flight was cancelled....


upon hearing this.... i was shocked.... and nearly teared....


the next 2 hours was spent waiting for the airport staff to arrange for transport and accommodation for the passengers....


we had to go thru immigration again and had a coach ferry us to the transit hotel....


lucky thing the hotel was of above average standard.... had a nite's rest....

the next morning.... the coach back to the airport was at 10 am

the flight was at 2 pm...

boarded the plane finally...

and was back in Singapore at around 7 pm....

Home Sweet Home....

last nite went dinner with M4tchb0x....
been ages since i last saw him...
3 years or more i guess....

went to fisherman's village...
cuz got car... go there also easier...
when we reached there...
the place was closed...
referring to the normal one that serves sting ray...
so sad...

just when i really wanted to eat sting ray...
sobx...

so we went to like a newly opened one...
tink the food quite suxs...
and plus it was so dark...
cannot see my food...

managed to catch up with him quite a bit...
and seeing him drive makes me wan to get my license soon!!

life is a real pain to be in isn't it?

not only it does not pay to be kind...

some people just make it seem as though they are all "supremely holy"...

and if you just happen to be unlucky to step on their toes...

good luck to you...


being nice to some people that does not even fit to be treated nicely....

what do you get in the end....

all crap...

and much worse....

childish behaviour....

i seriously don't remember when i have last experienced something like that below....

oh due to some arguments...

which is not my fault...

you don't have the face to face me...

and you have the mentality of.....

i don't want to be your friend....

therefore i delete you from my msn or my facebook account....

oh my gawd....

primary school behaviour....

*faints

considering the fact that all these came from an adult...

i seriously can't believe it....


i'm no longer bitter about anything....

but the actions....

makes me want to roll on the floor with laughter....


it makes me feel....

you are not as matured as i am....

it is my benefit that you no longer treat me as a friend...

cux.... having such a friend...

no point as well...

your self centered attitude...

will get you nowhere in the future...

your attitude to avoiding one when you have did wrong...

makes pple think that you are just a coward...

your primary school kinds of thinking...

makes it seems that you are childish...


just something frank....

it is time to wake up...
grow up...
be more mature...
think more like an adult...
reflect on your actions...


it will only benefit you... and not me...
