Black Friday

Since "Thanksgiving" it's around the corner...
I've been thinking of all the things that I am thankful for. . .
There are sooo many...
First of all my sweet family, Levi, Matthew and Abbey, I would have never believed that you could love someone so much! I always say now that I've got to know how much the Lord loves us the day Matthew was born, and then again with Abbey. I am so thankful for these sweet spirits that I get to share my life with, little did I know. . .
I am so thankful for the love they give me each day, they don't care if my hair isn't done, or if I didn't wake up in the best mood, my horrible accent when I speak english or where I'm from, they just show me their unconditional love every minute...every day...
And Levi getting up early every single day to go to work (for long hours) so I can stay home and don't worry about a thing, just enjoying my day with the kids, isn't that love? He never cared where I was from neither, or how many degrees I had, he just loves me the way I am... Isn't that a great thing to be thankful for?
I am thankful for the people that are no longer with me right now, some had left and I won't see them for a while like my mother Maria Elena, whom I only got to know for a short period of time and can't say much because I barely remember her, but so thankful for the courage she had of bringing me into this world.
And then my grandmother Maria Luisa, I have so many memories of her... so many. Like my sister says: if you had the chance of meeting her you only had two options, either she loved you forever or hated you forever, so funny, but sooo true, she hated all my boyfriends of course!!
I was lucky; she loved me!
My aunt "Negra", she was so funny and brought so much laughter into my life, and cats and dogs, since she loved to keep all the stray cats and dogs that wandered our neighborhood. She also played for hours and hours with me. She lives in Uruguay and I love her so much...
I am thankful for my sister Alex, thanks to her I am here ...and I know she is there if I ever need her. . . I can't believe she is a grandma though. . . she looks soo young.
I am thankful for my family in Uruguay, my friends from childhood with whom I still keep in touch even today.
My father and mother in law, who welcomed me into their family and love my children soo much...
I used to think that I had so little and now looking at others people's life and stories I FEEL SOO BLESSED!! and realized how much I had.
I am thankful for this country, my home now, even though Uruguay is always going to be my first home, my sweet home. I have learned to love the United States so much!!
I am thankful for my new friends from all over the world.
I am thankful for the Plan of Salvation, and Jesus Christ, I know that thanks to him and the plan I will see those that passed and get to know them again, and hug them and tell them how much I love them. . .
I AM SO THANKFUL FOR ALL THIS AND WANTED TO TELL YOU THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU TO ALL !!
HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT THANKSGIVING DAY!!

Matthew's Birthday
Tomorrow September 21st is Matthew's birthday, but we celebrated today.
We went to Chuck e Cheese and had lots of fun with grandma and grandpa. And then we invited some friends over for cake and ice cream. And yes for the ones that were wondering I (Paty) made the cake, that's what Matthew wanted, a Sponge Bob Square Pants cake. Grandma Sue made the pinata.
We can't believe our boy is 4 already!! Man they grow fast!!
What a fun day we had!
