Landon officially has one more month until he is 1!!! Where in the world has the last 11 months gone? This last month has by far been the busiest and as always, full of firsts. The biggest first is of course WALKING! Landon became a pro quickly and now he is walking away and into everything! It's amazing to see how he has evolved into this little boy. Another big first for Landon was his first airplane ride. We did a quick weekend trip to South Padre (a one hour flight) and he did awesome. He spent most of his free time at the airport pushing around his stroller and by the time we got on the plane he was so exhausted that he slept. Landon also got to experience the beach for the first time. We video taped the whole experience and it was fun to see his reaction as the waves crashed over his little toes. Mostly, he enjoyed eating the seashells and sand. For Landon's first Fourth of July, he went to a parade and watched fireworks. It seems that waving around his American flag was a big hit! Greg and Landon had their first boys' weekend together while Kristen went away with her friends. They had a lot of fun together going to a baby shower and a going away party. Landon and Kristen have been enjoying their summer together by going to the pool, sprinkler parks, and the library and taking naps in the afternoon. It is going all too quickly!
