The Maxwell's

Where do we begin we we start talking about the milestones and changes that Landon has undergone recently?? He is growing up so quickly and it is hard to remember all of the new things that he is doing lately. To begin, he now weighs roughly 27 pounds and we are up to 16 on the teeth count. We found this out last week when Landon was sick...again...and Greg took him to the doctor to find out that he had his first ear infection. The medicine worked quickly and he was back to his normal, crazy self in no time at all. Landon loves to talk. I think he got that from me (Kristen) but either way, it's adorable. His first two sentences are: "Where are you?" and "I don't know" (followed by a cute hand gesture indicating that he doesn't know). He also loves to mock what other people do/say. Let me give you some examples:
What does Mama say: Love you!
Daddy: Oh Boy!
Poppy: cough, cough (Landon started this when Mark was sick)
Immee: he mimicks her laugh with a deep breath
Nana: yummy, yummy, yummy
Papa: Hey Bub!
Andrew: scream!
Bro: laugh
Halle: panting/he also likes to say "Chill Halle, Chill!"

It's fun to see what he comes up with next. Landon also started with his first t.v. obsession. I can't even tell you how many times we watch Elmo's Christmas Countdown. The whole family can quote the movie and we know all of the songs. He has since moved on to Sid the Science Kid where we listen to the "Rug Time" song on repeat. We are looking forward to the next obsession! Here are a few pictures of Landon during his 17th month.

Better late than never, I suppose! Here are just a few pictures of Landon's 16th month of life. As you can see, he is growing so quickly and he is turning into quite the little boy....no more baby!
