Christmas Recap

We had a house full at Christmas, we liked to refer to it as the Las Vegas Zoo!!! We had a blast though. All of my family was able to come, which is always a treat since we don't get to see them often. Here is the recap in pictures.
Our awesome Uncle Pete sent us this. It was delicious and Reagan loved the flowers. We were so excited to get it that we started eating some before we took a picture hence a couple of empty skewers!

We went to the Cactus Gardens and saw all the lights. We tried to get a family picture, but Reagan was all over the place, so here is one of just Nick and me!

Then there was Christmas mornnig. I wanted so bad to have Reagan and her cousin Brady in cute Christmas pj's, but of course it didn't work. Reagan has only had 3 overnight accidents, and one of them was Christmas eve. We had the mix up of not having her go before she went to bed, so it wasn't really her fault :) So instead she changed into her Elmo pj's!
Her excitement coming down the stairs.

Reagan and Brady opening their stockings.

Our little Alley Popper sitting with her Pappy.

I will spare you all the pictures of Reagan and Alice opening every present. They got a lot of cool stuff, but one of the coolest was an inflatable jumping castle with balls. Here are some action shots of the kids and Nick playing in it!

We made our usual trip to the Silverton.

Then we were planning on going to church, but of course some of the kids weren't feeling up to it. Reagan got a fever, surprise surprise :) So we just dressed them up in their outfits and tried to get some shots. Tried being the key word. It is hard to get 2 2 year olds to sit . This is the best we captured.

Reagan has already asked when we are going to Brady's house and where Nana and Pappy and Andy went!!! We hope everyone had a great Christmas!!! I have to go clean my house now :)

Snow Day

That's right you read that right a Snow Day here in Vegas! The weather has definitely turned here. It is snowing and here are some pictures and videos to prove it!
This was right before her nap, the snow was just starting but we thought we would document it anyway.

Alice enjoying looking at the snow.

We thought we would go back out later on after Reagan's nap, because it had snowed a little more. Reagan was loving it. Too bad I didn't have any hats and gloves since we live in Vegas! We would have made a snowman or something.
Here are a couple from later on in the night.

Crazy weather!!!!
I just thought this picture was a cute one of them we took one night going for a walk.

Santa Clause and The Train

We decided to take the girls to Boulder City for the Santa Train this morning. Unfortunately when we got there, it was sold out. However we did get to ride this little trolley train that Reagan thought was a real train so it worked out. She had such a good time, even though it was sooo windy out.
Reagan and Emers

We then headed over to the Bass Pro Shop to do a little Christmas shopping and take some pictures with Santa. Only in Vegas would you get a picture of Santa like this.

Reagan thought it was so cool and kept waving to him. She even said "Hi Santa" into the microphone. She was really excited to see him. However that excitement didn't spill over into the picture and she looks like she was just sentenced to death. Alice was very interested in Santa's beard! If you live in Vegas you should go and check it out. What is better than a free picture with Santa?!?!?!

In other updates, Alice is doing a lot better. We are down to 2 breathing treatments a day. She is doing awesome and you wouldn't even know anything is the matter. She has been really happy and is going to crawl any day now. We are going back to the doctor on Tuesday so hopefully we will be able to do away with the treatments. Anyway we hope you all having a great holiday season!

Thanksgiving Time

We had an awesome Thanksgiving. We had such a good time in Oregon. The girls did amazing on the plane. We did a lot of stuff. The condensed version- We saw Grandma and Grandpa Graham, ate lots of food, played tons of Rockband (those drums are impossible), ate some more, saw Twilight, chopped a Christmas tree, jumped on the tramp, got to hold Summer (the cutest little girl) , played our annual Bingo at Thanksgiving, and watched the U of O and OSU game, and of course visited with everyone. We had the best time and I loved seeing everyone. Thanks to everyone!! Here are the gazillon pictures from the trip.

We are pretty sure that we won the Oregon game because we have the cutest cheerleader.

Making Cookies

You should have seen Reagan and Jackson watching the train!

We had such a great time! When we got back to Vegas the girls seemed a little under the weather so we took them to the doctor and it turned out that Reagan has an ear infection, Alice has a double ear infection and she has RSV!!! So we had to get a breathing nebulizer machine for Alice. And of course Nick and I are sick too. So between all of us I went to the pharmacy and we had 8 prescriptions!! So hopefully we will all be better soon!! Hope everyone else had a great Thanksgiving too.
