Yesterday, I took Timothy to tthe Doctor for his 1 year check up. This was the start of what he would probably consider the worst day of his so far.

Okay, so why was is day so bad. We he started his day getting shots at the doctor. Nobody likes that. Here is what really made it bad. I had to drive up to Carson so I could pick up his vitamins from CVS, while I was that way I decided to stop at Walmart to get a few things. I need some yarn, but walmart didn't have the right color so I decided to stop by Michaels. While we were waiting in line at the check out Timmy was reaching up for me and trying stand so I went to pick him up and couldn't because his foot was caught in the shopping cart. He some how slipped his foot between the bars next to the big hole where his leg is supposed to go.

The lady behind me tried to help me out but his little ankle was not the right shape to fit back through. Hanking on his leg trying to get him out didn't make him any happier either. One of the associates pulled out some lotion to see if it would help. It didn't We moved out of the line and they pulled a pair of bolt cutters from out back and cut one of the bars off of the shop. I was a little ticked off after this. Because everyone that worked there just walked off. Not one of them asked if he was okay. I had to get back in at the end of the line. But, when I finally got to the cashier she handed me a gift card and said that it was from one of the lady's that was ahead of me in line. At least someone tried to make the situation a little better.
So yeah, that was probably the worst day for a baby, shots AND getting trapped in a shopping cart.
